Stop roasties from having kids when they're old

Why would we want to counter it?

I only see white males who are autistic. How about we just kill them like we do with niggers!!

Easy. Grammar.

You're first on my list, shitter.

>that wallpaper chick
what a fucking butterface.

Max age to have kids is now 25, what changes?

...

Make it illegal to show any screen to anyone under the age of 3.

That's right, make it ILLEGAL to use your TV to babysit your kids. No more popping in a video of My Little Mermaid and looping it for the day to entertain your rugrat.

The lack of a large amount of human-human interaction when an infant is developing is the primary cause of autism. Before TV become the default babysitter of infants and toddlers, autism was extremely rare. That's cause the mother, grandmother, nanny, and even passing stranger females would play with the baby until it was time for it to sleep. This early interaction really helps the infant brain to learn to interpret other human faces, and how to express its own feelings and non-verbally communicate with other humans.

There is a reason autistic children have perfect comprehension of expressions through screens, but not in RL. The spent most of their early years of development starting at screens--- which don't involve them communicating back.

Is he using a desktop in a McDonalds or something?

Why would you do that? Just stay at home and use it ffs

this is legit , mom had at me at almost 39 , im fcking autistic as shit

Will this diet work on adults as well, or just children under development?

I can provide my n=1.
I currently follow a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet and have been doing so off and on for about a year.
The most obvious neurological/psychological improvements i've seen are:
-less anxiety (predominantly social anxiety)
-more stable energy (no spikes and dips in blood sugar)
-more stress resistant (there's research to back this)
-less ADD
Most neurological/psychiatric disorders are characterized by both impaired metabolic efficiency and oxidative stress. The ketogenic diet in theory works on both fronts. Again, I can only give my n=1 but there is a plethora of research being published to support a ketogenic diet for neurological/psychological disorders.

tl;dr sugar is bad for your brain

Best idea in the thread.

oh yes dock me my niggra

Well keeping 100 (((people))) with varying levels of autistism in line at a McDonald's for 2 hours for sauce they never had in the first fucking place doesn't help.

You've peaked my interest anons, I'm somewhat of a high functioning autistic person and I still haven't found a way to fix all of my quirks, lifting and eating healthily has helped me in some regards but I still think I need another change.

Are there any bad long/middle term effects for the body under this diet that are less known? I've seen people complaining.g about how it's a meme or that it will shorten your lifespan, but in all honesty, I've never been interested enough to research that, because switching my diet from what I currently eat was not in my plans.

Maybe switching diets every 2 years or so is a good idea just to play it safe?

Stop changing the definition of autism. Back in the 60's slow kids just got stuck to the back of the class. You can be smart, or you can be strong. It didn't matter. Now you have to have degree to get entry level positions.

Then the libs invaded academia, the dsm now included a fuck-huge range of emotional problems into something called "autism spectral disorder."

First, we need to figure out how fucking prevalent this condition is. Its next to impossible to diagnose in adults so thats going to be tricky.

Then we find out what works and what doesn't. For now, the best outcomes is to just let the spergs sperg. Life is more interesting with them around anyway.

The problem is telling men that they suck to the point that they don't care at all now. And why should they, there is no winning move, only to stop playing.

Don't fall for the keto meme if you don't have the discipline. No cheat days on this diet and you need to eat under 20g of carbs a day.
It's a transitional period too, which can take up to 2 weeks of no carbs for keto to take effect. You'll feel like shit (tired).

You're better off just eating a proper balance of fat/carbs/protein and doing cardio if you want to feel good.
Also cut out any unnecessary sugar from your diet.

Gas

Well there is still a lot of meme-science and (((doctors))) who demonize saturated fat and dietary cholesterol, so be aware of that. Keto is very hard to stick to at first, I must warn you.
Here are a few techniques/supplements you can try first to get some of the benefits:
-Apple cider vinegar (ACV) to help regulate blood sugar/insulin
-Berberine, a powerful activator of AMPk and supports mitochondria (which are what it's all about)
-intermittent fasting
-bulletproof coffee
-carb cycling

But, please do not take my advice or the advice of others on the internet as fact or a substitution for medical advice. Do your own research.

>No cheat days
Ideally no, but if you don't have epilepsy this isn't a huge concern.
>Feel like shit during transition period.
Improper electrolyte balance.
>Balanced diet of fats/carbs/protein
This is the most generic, useless advice ever. How do you define balanced? 33/33/33?

I can do it, I have discipline and I'm autistic about doing things in a repetitive, well structured manner, I can also make (planned) modifications to my routines if I see something isn't working, or if it can be improved. I often get anxious or in a bad mood if I don't do things according to my usual routine.

I already reduced my intake of sugars a lot, I don't eat candy, soda, or sweet bread, but I have an issue with carbs because my roommate is always eating lots of rice and tortillas, which I don't consider to be healthy.. at least not in the proportions he consumes, we cook the same food so I end up eating more carbs than I think I should be eating.

In general my diet is good, I only eat tuna, regular fish, chicken, red meat or pork every 4th day, lots of veggies like cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, etc and rice/tortillas/pasta etc

Bullying. Bullying is the only way anons

Sounds like you're on the right track. If you're still consuming carbohydrates, timing them around your workout is a useful strategy to optimize the insulin response in favor of replenishing glycogen. Coconut oil or MCT oil is a great way to get some supplemental ketones in your body, as medium chain triglycerides automatically convert into ketones.

That's not how it works faggot.

Yes, I will definitely not get on a diet based on the advice of anons alone, I appreciate your advice, I was just wondering if there were any health related caveats to this diet that might not seem obvious from the start, all the information about this diet has been received via Sup Forums, and we all know how every single opinion here is countered by another opinion which might as well be just shitposting. I'll start researching this and consult a nutriologist before making any changes.

Do you lift while being under this diet? Have you seen a change for the better, or worse in your gains?

Choose your fats wisely. Saturated fats are those fats that stay solid at room temperature. IE Butter and lard. These fats will also remain solid in your blood stream and will stick to the walls of your arteries.

Consume fish and olive oil. Get your carbs and fiber from raw fruit and vegetables. Reduce your overall calorie intake from ~2,400/day down to about ~1,800/day. Exercise 500-600 calories a day. I like to switch back and forth from running and weight lifting. Lift one day, next day run 1-2 miles, next day go back to lifting. Reading and working on mathematics will also burn calories so don't skip scholarly pursuits.

After ideal body shape and definition is obtained switch back to 2400 - 2600 calories a day. You will need the fuel to maintain muscle mass and healthy organ function.

Put fathers in families.
Or better put, keep women from driving them out.

>this is your brain on keto
If you eat sugar it takes your body out of ketosis really quickly. The diet works, and it's ideal for weightlifters, but it's restrictive.
If your blood sugar is low, you get tired. You will be tired before your body can produce enough ketones, but feel great when it's working efficiently.

>How do you define balanced? 33/33/33?
Obviously I can't give someone a diet macro without knowing his weight, tdee and exercise level. This is the most useless criticism ever.

Make sure to get some of pic related if you're going on a keto diet. It's fun to try, but it's important to know if it's working.

Many thanks, I will keep all of these in consideration while researching, may your endeavours in life be prosperous and plenty, anons.

Anyone have any non-meme keto meal plans? (((google))) is worthless and /fit/ isn't very useful for cutting obvi

Why stop it? Autistic people are the smartest and most successful people in society! They are far more valuable than any functional human. Autists are the only ones who invents and discover new things!

Yes, I got into lifting before going ketogenic and I still lift weights in the gym. I found that when I started the diet, my strength went down a bit but gradually returned to baseline, even though I was dropping weight and maintaining a caloric deficit. I do not train for hypertrophy though, I train for strength (lower reps, higher weight). In my experience, and the experience of many other ketogenic athletes, proper electrolyte intake (sodium, potassium, magnesium) is essential on this diet. This is because insulin is kept low, and insulin tells the body to hold onto water and electrolytes.

Why contain it? Let spill into the streets and churches.

Are you actually retarded? Blood stream temp is 100.4 f and room temperature is ~72. Saturated fats melt just beyond room temperature, well before even 90 degrees. Want me to prove it? Take coconut oil or butter and heat it to 80 degrees.
