We've been assuming this whole time that Paddock rented the adjoining room. This room is where the first shots were fired from! How the hell did Paddock get in this room to break the window and begin firing?! How is Brian Hodge not being interrogated, if the first shots came from his room?!

Here's a radio interview with him. He says he moved in to his room on Saturday and he had just returned to his floor after dinner when the attack happened so he left. Room 134 is the one with the service cart outside and broken window. It's a mystery!

watch this video. these are rooms that have what are adjoining rooms. they have double doors that lock from the inside. notice the suitcases holding the doors since they shut on their own hence the suitcases holding them. they also atomatically lock and can only be opened from the other side

134 would probably be on the other side of the hallway. Evens on one side odds on the other is usually how goes but I haven't stayed at Mandalay. So 133 would be the room beside paddock if this theory is correct.
