Campos supposedly got shot 6 minutes before anyone reported any shooting, remained on the 32nd floor for the ten minute duration of the shooting, hung out with his maintenance worker buddy, didn't contact ANYONE, and then was the first person the Police made contact with minutes after the shooting ended on the 32nd floor.......and then it still took them a whole hour to breach?
