North Korea has much less hardened electrical infrastructure, too. If we ever go to war, it's gonna be a QUICK one. I'm much less worried about Seoul getting shelled out nukes making it outside of North Korean airspace in light of this.

The NK nuclear/artillery threat combined with Chinese protections is their trump card. They likely have a network underground not susceptible to such attacks for military infrastructure.
