How has anime affected your life Sup Forums?

I can't get hard for 3D anymore.

I have a harem

Made me learn never to settle for a shitty cunt like Asuka

I stopped watching for a year or two and it made my life get back on track and significantly better. I'm watching a bit now, but I'll probably stop sooner or later again. Anime damages your brain.

I do the "Gulp, gulp, gulp, PUAAAH" thing now

So it made you discover you have the shittiest taste imaginable? Neat.

>he likes Asuka
>thinks he can criticise anyone's taste

it got me into Sup Forums culture and made me into a sociopath

got my life in check and have a japanese girlfriend though

I do that too. What is that?

Any tips on how to stop?

i am somehow both completely uninteresting yet a total weirdo at the same time

Copy that Asuka.

Yes. Simply stop. Don't download any more anime. Don't go to Sup Forums or any other place that discuss anime. If you're watching anime to kill time, get a new hobby. Preferably one you could have use of in normal life. Something you'd be able to talk about without looking weird. I personally started listening a lot more to music. This is only if you have a lot of free time though. If you don't, simply stop watching.

>big depression about parents incoming death
>tried to adopth 8man's philosophy of life
>both parents dies
>no friends

Pretty much the reason I became an Sup Forumsutist, got me into manga and VNs aswel.
>letting cartoons damaging your brain
lmao@ your life, why are you even here user, is manga less damaging to you?

Felt like shitposting for old times' sake.

I wanna die

You wanted to die before you started watching anime, you just didn't realize it.

Stop watching anime. Take a shower. Go out.

Anime made me more sensitive about life and relationships.
I also took interest in many subjects, like tennis and drawing.

Welcome to the NHK got me off my ass, I'm on my second year of communtiy college, and work a decent job.

I mean, it's better than nothing, right?

Yeah, definitely better than nothing. Good on you!

it is

I've been watching anime since the mid 90s, so I can't really remember a time before anime, much like I can barely remember a time before the internet.

i've managed to escape from reality and lost grip of it
