I walk ten thousand miles, ten thousand miles to see you

I walk ten thousand miles, ten thousand miles to see you,
And every gasp of breath I grabbed it just to find you.
I climbed up every hill to get to you,
I wandered ancient lands to hold just you.

And every single step of the way, I paid...
Every single night and day...
I searched for you,
through sandstorms and hazy dawns I reached for you

Was thinking about this song this morning while driving. 10 fucking thousand miles huh.

AND WE BROKE

long walk eh

Walk ten thousand miles to watch overrated shit

I prefer shiver myself
Piss off wanker

Fuck off. Ginko is the best

>implying a show about a bug-collecting hobo is good
>tfw it actually is

guy's so goddamn professional and yet doesn't ever act high and mighty

I always skipped the first Mushishi OP.

her entire discography is pretty solid

>entire discography
>literally two discs

user

i mean i could say body of work

what do you want lad

...

>baiting the most chill fanbase

you're doing it wrong reddit

I like Shiver more, to be honest.

I still haven't finished this. Stopped at Zoku Shou because I lost interest and stopped downloading the episodes for some reason.

There is nothing chill about this fanbase.

never ever

OP1 >>>>>>>> OP2

...

you overdosed man

take it slow, enjoy

Perhaps. I'll probably pick it back up soon. Haven't been watching much anime lately

Holy shit, I love Mushishi. The closest anime to it I've found are Mononoke and Natsume. And they're not really similar.

Ginko needs one more season.

YKK had the same effect for me

mushishi sucks, it's just comfy with nothing else to give

Man, the comfy meme isn't even that true. Lots of episodes are too disturbing or sad for that. Mushi animating human bodies is creepy as shit.

>Mononoke
>Natsume

bae

If I could fall
Into the sky
Do you think time
Would pass me by

>tfw the last good Mushishi thread was the one for the last episode
And we'll never have another good one again.

I have been using this song and shiver as my alarms for years now, and I still enjoy listening to them. Mushishi is the gift that never stopped giving.

This, I'm watching the show now and I don't find it very comfy. I mean it's got all the elements, but it's pretty explicitly uncomfortable with all the body horror stuff going on and people dying in like every episode.

That is best part of ginko.

...

At least it does one thing good instead of most shows today that are just half-assed in every way. The show being comfy is enough for me to enjoy it

>It's that one shitty episode of Zoku Shou

Ginko a best

What anime is this?

Shity House MD clone.

Description: 1st Ending

Lyrics: David Sylvian
Sung by: David Sylvian

And slowly you come to realise
It's all as it should be
You can only do so much

If you're game enough
You could place your trust in me

For the love of life
There's a trade off
We could lose it all
But we'll go down fighting

And what of the children?
Surely they can't be blamed
For our mistakes?

And slowly I've come to realise
It's all as it should be

That hiding space
A lonely place

How can the right thing be so wrong?
I've found mistakes
Where they don't belong

For the love of life
We'll defeat this
They may tear us down
But we'll go down fighting

Won't we?

or

I remember sitting with you
Underneath the tree of life
We listened to every fainted cry
Of the creatures there on the day the world began

Looking at everything that I've lost
And almost everything that I've loved
I'll hold them all tightly in my arms,
Wondering where I am, so please tell me where to go

All of the answers you seek lie hidden in the sun
If I hadn't met you my life would've been in the darkness forever
In my wings are the powers of immortality
But by meeting you my whole life has changed
You give light to me hope to me strength into my life

All this time these twelve thousand years I know AISHITERU
Eight thousand years from the time that I've met you my love grows strong than ever before
Words can't say of this time I've been waiting to share my love with you
I'd give you my life, I would give you the world to see you smiling every day
One hundred million and two thousand years from now AISHITERU
I want you to know since you came in my life every day, every night you give light into the darkest skies

All these twelve thousand years
I've been loving you

Has the rest been dubbed yet?

sounds comfy enough to me :^)

Nope and probably won't be, sadly. I love the sub but Travis Willingham does a damn fine job as Ginko

Damn, Travis was maximum comfy.

I don't get why people like Shiver. If you actually listen to the lyrics it has no possible connection to Mushishi, it was just a random song someone who barely speaks English chose because they thought it sounded pretty. At least Sore Feet fit the themes of the show better, if not being entirely relevant either.

Could it be that you're the same guy who made the over rated anime thread with mushishi as the OP a few days ago?

DA DA DAA DA

>tfw the last good Mushishi thread was the one for the last episode
It was great. That was the end of everything. It was over after that.

I still have the thread saved.

What is the best episode and why is it Depths of Winter?

>Not raindrops and rainbows.
Dub was surprisingly tolerable too, maybe its because there was no strong emotions being vocalised.

Kino no Tabi is the same concept except its about a kid on a talking motorcycle going from country to country with different customs. Same tone as Mushishi

On that note Shoulder a Coffin Kuro doesn't have an anime but its worth reading if you like this sort of travelouge show.
