Yes the executive orders expire after he's out, but by 2024 the country will be so white due to the deportations, they can just continue with the program "legislatively."

Nothing and this thought scares the shit out of all liberals. For the past thirty years they've tried to give all immigration enforcement duties to the Feds knowing they'd control enough of Congress to ensure laws aren't enforced, but now the GOP control everything (and probably will through 2020). Trump 100% has the authority to send ICE door to door doing residency checks. Nobody could stop it.
