I live in the suburbs. My cul de sac alone is three white, one black, three asian, one latino families. As you might guess, everyone interacts with their own, but we mostly leave each other alone. Because of this, it is like having neighbors live a few miles from one another. This peace will only be disturbed if solicitors and public buses become rampant. Elders are conservative, young are liberal, twenty-somethings are hard to tell.
I am asian that does not look the part. Blacks (mostly women) are loud, but they like to flirt if you are quiet. Latinos (mostly fat) are leftist, pro-Mexican, and typical racists; they love to speak under their breath in their own language, or be loud about it. Asians are either rich, act the part and stay busy, or degenerate, in that they are slaves to trends, ball up into big groups in black clothes; I think few are lone wolves. Whites are the majority, not by much, with Latinos lagging behind. They seem not necessarily homeschooled, but raised well (curious, smart, open to opinions, consistent good marks, athletic) or marijuana loving hippies. I want to say that loiters, jaywalkers, and criminals tend to be blacks, but complete disregard for traffic are definitely latino offenders.
I met one person in education that was discriminatory. She was a sociology professor. It was no mystery that she does not like whites, males, and American culture. Very lenient to women.
