People like Hillary Clinton and Bush have entire teams behind every speech ensuring everything they say is "Politically Correct" and ensuring that no one could possibly incorrectly interpret what they say. Trump doesn't give a fuck about that even in his more formal speeches. Therefore he often words something incorrectly, have you never tried impromptu speech?
