LAPD learned that chasing these niggers makes them run even more erratically because they're low IQ retards to begin with, and they're likely to damage shit and kill someone. If they just back off and watch the person drive around for a while they usually stop or realize they're fucked no matter what and either give up or get out on foot and get caught real fast.
I think they only keep up pursuit on someone who is a killer/armed who might take a hostage or harm someone intentionally if the cops break off.

I'll never forget the San Bernardino chase & shootout while listening to the scanner. That was fucked up. Was awesome, but crazy too. His wife was still alive in the SUV for awhile too. They waited a while, seemed like until she stopped showing signs of life, then went in & dragged her corpse out. That's when it was noticed she was female because of her bra. Good times

There was a chase. The guy got out of the car and ran into the field, not sure if they had caught up with him or not.
The police were a few seconds behind him, he shot himself next to a tree.
The Fox News anchor (was it Shepherd Smith) had the video without the 5 second delay, and was calling out for them to cut the video, which they did about a second too late.
