I find it impossible to build good habits and a stable life because I'm bored of everything all the time and end up thinking life is futile. I need something to love. I already have a girlfriend and I'm studying, but I need something more.

Reading stuff. Mostly history, languages, and philosophy, but with some fiction and poetry as well. I don't even know what the purpose of it is, mostly I read compulsively to stave off panic.
I find that it doesn't actually help with anything, it just makes the world progressively more complicated.
The one other thing I do regularly is exercise, which helps immensely with almost all aspects of life.

Practicing and playing instruments and studying music theory. Physical exercise is pretty important too. Strength training and hiking in the nature.
