Why do Americans declare that their constitutional rights are granted by God. Where does the Bible say that everyone has the right to carry arms or the right to have privacy?

Rights exist due to the nature of the Human soul, which was granted by God.

>their constitutional rights are granted by God
probably meant their freewill to constructed a document, was granted by god, and which "god" are they referring to, considering America's founded upon freemasonry.

and yes, Americanism is condemned by the traditional catholicism.

And where does Bible says that these rights are the nature of human soul?

>And where does Bible says that these rights are the nature of human soul?
It says here heretic, Genesis chapter 1 verse 26

And he said: *Let us make man to our image and likeness: and let him have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the air, and the beasts, and the whole earth, and every creeping creature that moveth upon the earth.

Traditional Catholics Commentary: Let us make man to our image. This image of God in man, is not in the body, but in the soul; which is a spiritual substance, endued with understanding and free-will. God speaketh here in the plural number, to insinuate the plurality of persons in the Deity. (Challoner) --- Some of the ancient Jews maintained that God here addressed his council, the Angels; but is it probable that he should communicate to them the title of Creator, and a perfect similitude with himself? (Calmet) --- Man is possessed of many prerogatives above all other creatures of this visible world: his soul gives him a sort of equality with the Angels; and though his body be taken from the earth, like the brutes, yet even here the beautiful construction, the head erect and looking towards heaven, &c. makes St. Augustine observe, an air of majesty in the human body, which raises man above all terrestrial animals, and brings him in some measure near to the Divinity. As Jesus assumed our human nature, we may assert, that we bear a resemblance to God both in soul and body. Tertullian (de Resur. 5.) says, "Thus that slime, putting on already the image of Christ, who would come in the flesh, was not only the work of God, but also a pledge." (Haydock) See St. Bernard on Psalm xcix. (Worthington)

You're probably trying to find a contradiction, but you've misinterpreted the primary source. All human beings have free will, but we're not exempt from consequence. Sins are actions that can carry a negative consequence in the long term..

arent you confused civil rights and civil liberties? guns is an amendment, amendments can be added,

Rights aren't Biblical. God gives mankind moral obligations - He doesn't entitle them to anything at all (which is what rights are - entitlements).

But this does not state what is exactly the substance of this soul. Ultimately Jesus choose to take imprisonment, torture and execution to save humanity. Why shouldn't you.

>All human beings have free will, but we're not exempt from consequence.

Founders didn't give a shit about the bible. They're talking about libertarian values that derive from axioms of agency. That the government derives power from the consent of the people, not the other way around.

The Bill of Rights says to Congress, "thou cannot do that".

free will

because they are inalienable. no one but god has the right to take them away. it's none of the fucking government's business to do so that's for sure.

I don't think I could do it better than he did. Why fuck with something that works?

>Founder didn't give a shit about the bible

thou canst not*

he's right. does

Before the kikes shat up the place with Cultural Marxism The West was going deep into Naturalism.

God wrote the bible sure.
But he also wrote the world the universe and the laws that govern it.

The naturalists, and the founder were naturalists, think God created the world and the natural order that governs it. They think the rights granted in the Constitution follow that natural order.

We need proper dictation of all the bullshit our legislators say today.

>Founders gave a shit about the bible

...

Rights are self-evidently granted by God. He didn't have to spell them out in a Bible or any other text.
