AnoHana's the one and only that's truly made me bawl my eyes out.

...

...

Cried like a retarded the whole episode

...

I was expecting to get hit as hard as the Fuko storyline with Anohana but I barely felt sad at all. Still a good show though.

The anime gets a lot of shit, but the scene in Angel Beats with Hinata and Yui always makes me cry.

Same. Anohana ruined me.

AnoHana and Angel Beats.
When I finish a good series I usually get watery eyes but those tho series made me cry my fucking eyeballs out.

>inb4 edgelords who don't cry
No one has never felt sad, not even me, and I'm an actual sociopath. I guess it makes the things I cry to weird, but for me what really gets me is someone dying without being understood or a lonely person having something that makes them happy get destroyed.

None.

Two*

No anime has successfully portrayed a situation that's sadder than my own life.
When the tearjerk attempts come they just seem kind meaningless.

I mean, no anime can possibly compare to looking in the mirror.

I cried at this scene in Haikyuu when the team comes back from the first day of the tournament and the rest of the school has stayed behind to wish them good luck for the game vs. Shiratorizawa. I just thought it was really touching.

LOTGH was very emotional.

Crying is for men, little girls don't cry.

...

I was in denial until last line she said. Then cried hard. I was also pretty down/sad the next day.

...

Golden time because the MC hits too close to home in several aspects.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

Think I can be like you, Peco?

I feel like cried a little too much during this anime at multiple points

Haibane Renmei had me crying a few times. Probably the most emotional I've gotten while watching anime.

i was down and out for 3 days, the letter is fucked

What

...

1 = just choked up a bit
2 = ^+a sniffle or slight wetness from one or both eyes
3 = ^+decent amount of wetness, rubbing eyes intensifies
4 = tears
5 = irrepairable damage to soul

Gankutsuou (1/5)
Hajime no Ippo (1/5)
Angel Beats (2/5)
Sakamoto Desu Ga (2/5)
Hunter X Hunter (3/5)
Kaiji (tears of joy/5)
K-ON (4/5)
Gash Bell (Manga) (was all over the place, 4/5 near the end)
Clannad (5/5)

Full Moon Sagashite

Pic related, though people will say the manga was sadder.

Also Mahoromatic, while otherwise just a decent show got me crying in the last episode.

There are more but I'm having trouble finding the names.

muvluv, texnolyze,hellsing ultimate, steins;gate

visual novels are generally better at making me cry

That ending

AnoHana
Toradora
Texnhonlyze
Gunbuster
Colorful
haibane remnei
angel beats
planetes
NHK ni youkoso
tasogare otome x amnesia
5cm/s

yesterday i teared up for bakemono no ko

I guess I'm a crybaby

...

Does tears of rage count?

WHY DO I OPEN SPOILERS

Pic related

Overrated

Sounds like everything you do is retarded

NHK ni Youkoso!

Didn't make me cry but did make me feel such complete and utter despair to the point were I felt completely numb inside.

You motherfucker, how dare you remind me about that fat traitor cunt.

...

I can't remember the last anime that made me really cry. This is the last thing that made me tear up though.

About modern anime, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
If we speak about anime of my childhood, that were way more dramatic and family oriented than most of anime today, the list would be endless.

The whole episode

Especially during refrain.

Like tears in the rain.[/spoilers]

His fathers story made me worse than everything in the show actually.

The rest of Kaiji drags a lot more tears out than Andre being a cunt.

I cried like a little bitch the whole time he was reading that letter.

Other shows made me a bit emotional but only 2 really fucked me up. One was Shigatsu and the second was 5 cm per second.

I will always look at trains with slight disdain.

Are shows ruined if you know if/when they're going to be sad?

Fucking this

The last good anime being produced

True.

Not really.

Pic related, One Punch Man at the Mumen Rider scene, and "Go to Hell, Tincan!" in Gargantia.
The first two were like a little bitch, the second was just tears.

Madoka.
>Kyouko's sacrifice
>episode 10
>Rebellion credits

Truly a masterpiece in anime. Jun Maeda is a true artist of the highest regard to make me feel so much.

That one was such a shitty melodrama. It tried too fucking hard to suceed.

It felt like there were tears but they were held back by a mix of despair and disdain.

Shirobako got me on multiple occasions.

The final episode hit me really hard and I didn't see it coming all.

This is supposedly a comedy show.

The only thing funny about that show was its sales.

>I'm only allowed to cry in the bathroom or papa's arms

So much sadness and tragedy poured into just one character, theres not many anime quite like it
the fact that there are people who didnt skip the first episode makes me cry tbqh

Honey and Clover made me bawl.
Yahari Ore made me teary-eyed.
Tatami Galaxy made me cry.

Anohana is the only piece of fiction that has ever made me cry, and i cried a fucking lot, im looking to cry more watching/reading stuff but nothing ever makes me cry.

i almost cried playing to the moon, tho.

last episode of this made me cry like a little bitch

anyone who cries from angel beats is a FUCKING BABY

youtube.com/watch?v=X7kZVH849Eo

that scene. I will never be prepared for it

I didn't even think it was possible to go through the seven stages of grief because of a fictional character.

nono fuck

How the fuck did oregairu make you teary-eyed?

Fuck you fuck you

Clannad and, oddly enough, Angel Beats are the only ones that legit made me cry. I've gotten kinda teary eyed before though to anime such as Anohana, Death Parade and Shigatsu (although only at the part where he finally gives his mom his final farewell, other than that the series were kind of shit) but it just wasn't as heavy as especially Clannad.

fucking baby goo goo gaa gaa wnat me to change your poo poo pee pee diapy? wahhhh XD

KAMIMASHITA. ;_;7

>Angels Beats!
>FMAB
>Kabukimonogatari
>Elfen Lied
>Steins;Gate
In order from most to least tears

I totally lost it in this scene

Oh shit, forgot about Hachikuji. Only got me teary eyed though really.

Man, second season was fucking masterful.

Angel Beats, Shigatsu, Tasogare Otome, Aoi Bungaku (first story), Mirai Nikki and a bit during NHK

I plan to see 5cm Per Second, I'll probably cry like a little bitch

This show should count as cheating.

woah dude spoilers

I fucking hate that beta fag greedy jap nigger

Fuck, I forgot about this.

What hit me mostwas the part where they were figuring out what to tell Frederica and who would have to do it.

I tear up a lot even when I feel that the show isn't that good like Ano hana and Angelbeats. Yahari as well, although I rate it a bit higher than these twos.

Pic related though, was fantastic throughout and filled with genuinely touching moments.

...

> Mirai Nikki

Not that guy, but that and Angel Beats are my "probably shouldn't have cried so much over such a shit show" animes.

The letter was supposed to make me sad but it just made me hate blondie so much and feel bad for the mc.

:(

Trigun, Bebop, Angel Beats, CLANNAD, One Piece, Berserk

yeah, I'm a softie. fuck you.

Angel beats is middle of the road, but is a masterpiece compared to Mirai Nikki.

I never cry from watching anime because unlike you faggots, I only watches anime with manly men in it.

...

Treasure Island Memorial episode

>From up here, you can't see any borders, or countries or armies. All you can see is the earth.
Planetes had me tearing up a few times but this is the point where I actually shed tears.
