I'm medically exempt anyway, but I'd say the draft should only be allowed in wars in which another recognized nation has declared war on the US as an aggressor, or if the war is on US soil. Meaning either an enemy narion has to be the first to declare war, and without significant provocation by the US; or a US-initiated war must fail to the point that enemies have counterattacked and invaded US soil. Draft in wars against non-state entities are out of the question unless a non-state entity invades US soil. (Terror attacks don't count)
