I only know of one dub that is genuinely good, and it's from "Black Lagoon".
I usually watch the first episode of every anime i watch in dub once I've finished watching it subbed out of curiosity. I've yet to see an anime that could ever come close to topping Black Lagoons dub.

Fuuka's VA wasn't "bad", but it wasn't in the same tier as the rest of the cast so she quite literally held them back
