Exhibit C: Facts indicating Paddock may be completely innocent (a patsy)
No proof has been provided that Paddock bought the weapons, was planning an attack, or was one of the shooters. There is evidence indicating that the guns were planted and Paddock was murdered in order to frame him as a patsy.
Whover leaked these photos must have had a strong motive to do so. If the leaker is LVMPD, they risked their career to expose that Paddock is a patsy. If the leaker is the FBI, they leaked the photos to try to keep people from questioning whether Paddock was the shooter (but they overlooked the fact that close inspection of the photos reveals the scene was likely staged).
One would expect MANY more shell casings if there were only one shooter and he was in Paddock's room. No sweat on Paddock, no hearing protection or body armor even though he "planned an escape," and many full magazines and functioning weapons left when he supposedly shot himself. The 5.56 AR with the fore-grip attached way too close to the muzzle has a muzzle brake, which helps reduce muzzle climb, but also makes the flash MORE pronounced, which would have made him easier to spot. Not a single video shows muzzle flash coming from the room. There is a rifle propped on a bipod crossing Paddock's ankle. How did it get there after he shot himself? FBI and puppet Sheriff claim Paddock acted alone, despite clear proof of multiple shooters (Sheriff initally claimed Paddock had to have had help). The FBI and their reluctant puppet Sheriff have TWICE dramatically changed the timing of when security guard Jesus Campos was shot. First, they said he was shot after the massacre had stopped. A week later, they changed this to the complete opposite, saying Campos was shot 6 minutes BEFORE the attack on the festival began. Now they are saying he was shot about 40 seconds AFTER the massacre started (almost as if they are trying to explain the distant-sounding gunfire in the taxi video). Sheriff who had previously been courteous and grateful to the press suddenly turns hostile, refuses questions, bars some reporters, and doesn't even suggest that there will ever be another press conference.
Jesus Campos, the security guard, was going to be interviewed on Hannity. I found it fascinating and looked up what articles are published by actual forensics as I thought I could handle the detail.
First thing, I don't believe the high frequency is the sound of bullets hitting the concrete. That would already disqualify his theory so it all hangs already on that. Then from what I gathered it's already difficult to tell the sound from the bullet (crack) from the sound of the expanding gas apart at that distance, however these milliseconds and up and with that kind of inaccuracies he is working, and without even knowing the positions of the people, he can only ballpark the distance to the shooter in which both distances he names actually fall. Plainly, his errors are far too big. He did not even take into account reflections from the ground, hotel walls etc that can all intermix and eliminate frequencies all together given the right settings so there is no way of exactly matching the last "concrete hit" to the gunsound I could go on

i looked at it again. it appears the horizontal door is laying where we see the larger of the rectangular decorative trim or whatever. also if you look at the door it appears to be worn more on the side laying on the ground possibly indicating that is the side of the door frame that is on the wall. it would be unlikely that the hotel would have that kind of wear visible on the side that connects to the other door, it would look bad. That's not what he said. Coroner reported no brain abnormalities upon visual inspection during autopsy. Brain sent for more detailed analysis.
This does not mean anything about whether or not he died of a gunshot to the head. A .38 shot through the roof of mouth would leave the majority of brain still intact. The point of the analysis is pre-existing medical abnormalities, tumors and so on.

He says he has worked with weapons a lot, so I imagine he knows the difference between supersonic cracks and bullet impacts, at least based on what he claims. I also would also assume he precisely identified the location of the video he used before proceeding with the analysis. Furthermore, if he found two and only two distinct lag times, as he claims, that suggests the variation in target is not having a big impact on the lag time. I'm not going to back the guy up, as I haven't analyzed the acoustics myself, but I still haven't seen a convincing rebuttal. The only way to really test this is to attempt the analysis ourselves. He claims it is simple.
