Honest answer? An expert marksman could do it with a 5.56 given that he's using hand loads and knows the area. A seasoned shooter could do it with a .308 and in decent conditions (we are talking first round on target). This dude could have a 155mm howitzer in direct fire mode, and most likely miss.
