No. The whole point of EU army is to reduce the influence of NATO (USA) in Europe (EU); to the point where NATO will become redundant.
From defense point of view, there is really no need for additional defense alliance in Europe since there already is one. The problem is, we're all fighting Jewish wars, because USA can't survive without being in a war so they drag us all in their crap, and nobody likes that, not the people, not the politicians. Even in international diplomacy we can see that there is greater gap between EU and USA every year.
And as long as there are American troops and bases on European soil, Americans will have great influence on all of our lives. You can't simply tell them to kindly go away, you can only show them the door with the backup of army. They will have their bases and nigger troops here until NATO exists. And NATO will exist until Europeans wake up and make their own army.
