I did landscaping for a few summers. I would've loved working in the snow. Nothing could possibly be worse than being dehydrated from mulching in 102 degree weather. Felt like death.

Best foods I eat for losing weight are boiled veggies. You aren't eating it for taste, just for feeling full.

Boil all these together, and then put ghost pepper powder over it after draining it (to your tolerance). The hotness of the pepper will make you not hungry too.

To lose extreme amounts of weight, but also lose all your muscle; two apples a day, lots of coffee. This is dangerous, but super effective. Do this for 1-2 weeks and then slowly start back in with the boiled veggies. You'll see massive advancements in weight loss. Slower weight loss, for me, came from only eating 1 chicken breast a day, 1 onion, and curry sauce. Combine all that and you'll get good results too.

DO NOT EAT RICE, BREAD, OR WHEAT

100%. The coffee is there to only make you feel less hungry. If tea for you does the same thing, certainly do it.

I will warn you though, its extremely difficult. If you feel like breaking down and eating, eat another apple. Do not eat real food. Stay strong, you can do this. Cold showers. I believe in you.

Just make sure not to over do it once your 1-2 weeks is up. Ease your way back into meals. Do not do this for too long please. It is very dangerous.

Since you're in the US, you can easily find frozen chicken breasts pretty cheap. At least from what I remember 4 years ago. EGGS. Greek Yogurt is also a great source. Kefir as well if you can find it near you. Rice and Bean combo is great as well, they make wonderful protein. Just don't over it do those.

Be honest about your situation, what is your goal, what is your current state. What needs to happen first? This might not be working out but, if you want to workout and work towards a goal, I'd recommend programs from bodybuilding.com

If you are new to hitting weights and the gym, it really helps to focus on the right exercises. 5 days going to the gym going berserk might be a lot in the beginning but you'll love it, its the same as with the runners high. When people don't get a runners high from lifting weights they are not pushing themselves.

But you should look for something that suits your situation, and by that the results you want. not how much you think you can handle.
