I want to see Kubo write a manga like Shokugeki no Souma but set in the fashion industry. The man clearly has a passion for fashion and dressing up his characters - this setting would allow him to do that and have fun with his drawings for once. It also restricts him from writing superpower asspull battles and forces him to write actually drama and story. I think it would be a great fit for him.
