This is why the story that somebody was using her credentials doesn't fly - there's no way a password for a highly secured system like that would even be valid for a year. So either she was in fact making the requests, or she *GAVE* her little cryptographic smart dongle to somebody AS WELL AS giving them her password, or her system was compromised, OR possibly the whole NSA system is compromised. There are no other possibilities.
