I asked my friend (he said this was from a DVD he got as a birthday gift) and he says nothing is censored on his DVD,so this isn't a Toonami rip.
I'll try crashing to his place this afternoon and check the DVD - something's weird about it.

Apparently the DVD was edited to begin with.
I can confirm this,because instead of the usual intro,it has a Megas XLR-style intro,but with Mako's Dad as Coop,and the rest is made out of pieces of episodes.
