I really liked him in these chapters, his antics were funny and he actually was pretty fucking smart and calculating, also he was really badass and NKC is a 10/10 stand.

I wasn't expecting him to develop though, these two chapters makes me think Araki's planning him out to develop into an actual big character, sorta like Okuyasu.
