Unknown as of now. When Kotonoha no Niwa came out in theaters, the BD was available for purchase in theaters complete with English subs.
This time however, Funimation got the distribution rights so that won't happen. However, Funi already confirmed that they're gonna be bringing it to Western theaters for a limited screening both subbed and dubbed later this year.
