Making a movie as a second cour was a mistake for the pace even though i enjoyed the Slice and life episode.

Kaname being portrayed as a grown woman that goes out with Arad is actually 20? Reina, who is 15 if I remember correctly, has at least 2 years of battle experience, meaning she was in war at age 13? Well it is only a minor concern, but behind this was still a deliberate decision. This is no high school anime, so why must all be children?

It'd give the singers a more active role a la 7, and by combining the pilot and singer roles you could cut down a bit on the cast size.
Her being able to hit Messer or Arad would be much too SHINPI. At least with Mirage and Hayate I can imagine them being laidback, flying slowly and watching the others try to stay in the air when suddenly a Kairos with Mikumo in it whizzes by and hits them both.
