No I think if you prefer long term relationships with men, you are gay. I think a lot of gay men hide who they are to be accepted and to have kids more easily. It doesn't make them less preferential to same-sex intimacy if they are being honest. That's why we need better objective measurements of arousal in science. It is a big problem that people can lie about being gay and we can't always tell if they are being gay. Phallometry if considered of limited use and outdated despite being the most accurate method so far, and fMRI is not there yet as a technology.

Assuming they are born gay and get redpilled during their life, there's not much that can go wrong, since being redpilled means they understand that their existence is a counter-measure to life (e.g. they are not here to breed and they therefore consume resources that could otherwise be used by breeding couples and their offspring). So by knowing their place, they will support the cause and not interfere with the social aspects of it, despite their natural role being irreversible.
All your other questions are void if you consider significance of the above. That last one though, is just showing your true colours. Obviously one would pick the lesser of two evils, but the fact is that they don't have to.
