Well I can say the fact that my man owns his home, has served his country, and has a stable and honorable job are huge plusses to me. It wouldnt mean a thing if it werent for his family goals and urge to be a great father of a large family though. I think maybe young, immature women want an up-and-comer, they are more okay with taking risks and learning from failures and mistakes, but Im in my mid twenties and want to have babies soon so Im looking for someone a bit established. I've dated guys with potential and when they found I accepted them completely despite their goals and achievements (or lack thereof), they stopped being motivated and I became the breadwinner every time. It just doesn't work for me personally, since I want to be a mother first and foremost. Sense of humor is also hugely important I think because without that there is hardly anything to carry you through the hard times.
