Not that poster, but for pure animation quality "Euphonium" may be the best of the decade so far. It has no elements of fantasy or SF or magical realism, yet the animation is so fluid and expressive and emotive that even the simplest character interactions are artful. The animation is better even than Hyouka's IMO. In comparison it looks like KyoAni mailed in the animation for "Phantom World".

Nichijou also has fantastic animation - but it doesn't always complement the source material. Sometimes the flawless inbetweening slows down the action and messes up the comic timing. For comparison the animation in Konosuba is utter crap, yet it almost always works with the comic timing rather than against it.
(That scene where Mio makes an unfortunate discovery is classic though. As is the deer fight, and Mio's attempt to cover up a document discovery.)
