I have the ability to transmit on these frequencies (TS-590SG with Resistor 900 clipped gives you TX ability from 500 kHz to 56 MHz) and I can assure you it would be a dumb fuck who transmitted on HFGCS.
It would take 5 radios to broadcast on all the HFGCS freqs at the same time and anyone one listening would ignore the call if the preamble or authentication isn't correct, so all it would do is get your license revoked, a huge fine or 5, and probably jail time.
