I'm not involved but all I can say is everything takes time. I think the website needs a lot of work and if you sign up they should have a bundle of literature they can send you along with some posters. There needs to be some kind of incentive. I think right now the focus should be improving our website and image and then keep getting the signage out there in the public eye.

I think that's a backwards approach. You have to do things before you recruit. If there's really 2k members, or even if there were only 20, you should be at least be meeting up in person to do things, because what's the point in getting the signage out if the signage is "come join us not do anything." I think that's what an "incentive" should be. I will email, though, some literature can't hurt
