here is the best way to become a nurse imo
1. do the nursing program at your local CC. it's hella cheap and hella easy. just make sure your CC is affiliated with some sort of big university in some manner
2. get the associate's and start working anywhere.
3. get your hospital to help pay for you to either finish your BSN or move straight into becoming a CRNA
4. get a master's in public or health administration. another very easy program that your hospital will also likely help pay for
male nurses get paid a lot more too because you can lift heavy shit and restrain rowdy patients
