Which Shounen series handled villains the best?

Which Shounen series handled villains the best?

Hunter x Hunter, this is an objective truth

this is the best shonen villain

Ruroni Kenshin

Nope.

HxH

I'm quite partial to Dragon Ball villains myself.

HxH

There are no villains in HxH.

Killua

I'd consider gen'ei Ryodan villians. But i know what u mean.

Black is literally perfect.

Is DBZ super the greatest anime of all time?

Jojo. Every villain after part 3 is fucking god tier except maybe diavolo

No, but it has the best villain of all time.

He as main villian would be too obvious, he under control of his "son" would be a nice twist, he under the control of generic villian with stupid plan was a waste.

That would have been lame.

...

Dragonball, pre-Z.

>perfect
>cannot regenerate
>cannot kill Trunks
>not even close to super perfect

still better then this main villian guy, after it's revealed that it's not their father it goes straight downhill

>Cell
>perfect
>When he lost to the biggest dissapointment in the series.

>A literal machine who can't think for himself and only does what he was designed to
>Lost to a child
>Said child had one arm
>Said one-armed child became a weak little bitch
>Goku IT's Cell and Cell gets literally BTFO
>Goku IT's Black and gets Blacked instead
>Thinks he's "perfect" next to Black
Give it up, fuccboi.

Toriko.
Between Midora and Acacia, I haven't had this much fun reading shonen villains in years.

Yugioh

>Midora
>villain

Midora DID cause two years of famine and suffering for all of humanity due to Meteor Spice.

Right author, wrong series.

what about the bomber from greed island

Genthru? I guess he's the most typical example of a villain in HxH, Either that or Tonpa.

Jojo

I cam e to say this, but not facetiously.

The only good Hunter x Hunter villains were Meruem, Pitou, and Pouf. Youpi, the Phantom Troupe, and most of of the Ants are ok, the rest of the villains are meh.

Answer: FMA 2003

>The only good Hunter x Hunter villains were Meruem, Pitou, and Pouf. Youpi, the Phantom Troupe, and most of of the Ants are ok
>the rest
You listed literally every villain in HxH.

While I stopped watching Naruto shortly after the great ninja war arc began, I can honestly say that I liked Orochimaru & Pain, as well as most of the Akatsuki. Yes, they were edgelords, but they were cool about it.

Sasuke can still suck a dick, though.

>Answer: FMA 2003

You must be fucking joke.
Dante was a generic mad villain with delusions of being superior.
Envy was a shitty villain.
Bradley's character was paper thin weak compared to the manga/Brotherhood's version.

The only villains that actually were decent were Lust, Sloth, and Scar (and that's if you count him as one).
I might give you Greed but the main villains of the series (Dante/Envy/Bradley) were fucking memes.

Hunter X Hunter villains are vastly superior to the villains from any of the three FMA adaptions.

How is this thread's comparison from Dragon Ball Super to Dragon Ball GT

>I can honestly say that I liked Orochimaru & Pain
They were literally the only good villains in the whole series (along with Kisame). Every other villain was a retarded piece of dogshit.

Really? This is the epitome of stronger enemies appearing from no where, for no reason, other than FIGHTAN

I dont know, deidara is fun to watch and he hates uchihas, so thats a bonus

Deidara was entertaining, no doubt. One of the more likeable members of the Akatsuki for sure. The asspull that saved Sasuke from losing to him still leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Deidara is so underrated. I still genuinely believe that he would have had a decent shot at Itachi if he tried. C4 was hella broken.

Eh, Itachi was much stronger than Sasuke at that point.

This guy is my favorite

I agree with this

...

>Villain

protagonist != hero

>Reducing the world's crime rate by 60%
>Not a hero

>dictatorship=good

Security > freedoms

Nothing tops JoJo villains.
This motherfucker right here is so badass he gives himself a handicap to make things fair.

...

Enjoy Achmed slitting your throat before raping your daughter.

...

So all the 3?
And shit Diavolo was not much of a character but he was an amazing villain.

that's why i said arguably. i love diavolo but some people don't

>lolbertarians

>>>/somalia/

But Steel Ball Run is seinen.

>lamb ass
>>>/north korea/

even by jojo standards he looks like complete faggot

He's a villain because that's how he's framed in the story irrespective of your personal morality, idiot.

>>lamb
*tips*

Buu was about to lose too but bad writing and repetitive character flaws ruined that. Gohan for example.

Hell no

?
You're clearly supposed to root for him until he kills L.
