Some context for non burgers, Prop 187 was ballot initiative to establish a state-run citizenship screening system and prohibit illegal aliens from using non-emergency health care, public education, and other services in the State of California. The Courts deem it unconstitutional because it discriminated against non-citizens and now California is a haven for Democrats.
