Why is the rise of china viewed as a threat to the west? Because if the Chinese take over, white people will lose their unique culture and history. Asians are still considerably less detrimental to the cultural and social stability/homogoneity of the west because they tend to be fairly unobtrusive, work hard, and don't break the law. Singapore proves that multiculturalism can work (to some extent) with high IQ populations but even then causes major issues (for example, due to religious tensions there is a very restrictive police state).
