This (((Jesus))) meme needs to die

The sun-god Horus was worshipped nearly 1,000 years before the story of Jesus. Check these parallels:

1.Both were conceived of a virgin.
2.Both were the "only begotten son" of a god (either Osiris or Yahweh)
3.Horus's mother was Meri, Jesus's mother was Mary.
4.Horus's foster father was called Jo-Seph, and Jesus's foster father was Joseph.
5.Both foster fathers were of royal descent.
6.Both were born in a cave (although sometimes Jesus is said to have been born in a stable).
7.Both had their coming announced to their mother by an angel.
Horus; birth was heralded by the star Sirius (the morning star). Jesus had his birth heralded by a star in the East (the sun rises in the East).
8.Ancient Egyptians celebrated the birth of Horus on December 21 (the Winter Solstice). Modern Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus on December 25.
9.Both births were announced by angels (this si nto the same as number 7).
10.Both had shepherds witnessing the birth.
11.Horus was visited at birth by "three solar deities" and Jesus was visited by "three wise men".
12.After the birth of Horus, Herut tried to have Horus murdered. After the birth of Jesus, Herod tried to have Jesus murdered.
13.To hide from Herut, the god That tells Isis, "Come, thou goddess Isis, hide thyself with thy child." To hide from Herod, an angel tells Joseph to "arise and take the young child and his mother and flee into Egypt."
14.When Horus came of age, he had a special ritual where hsi eye was restored. When Jesus (and other Jews) come of age, they have a special ritual called a Bar Mitzvah.
15.Both Horus and Jesus were 12 at this coming-of-age ritual.
Neither have any official recorded life histories between the ages of 12 and 30.
16.Horus was baptized in the river Eridanus. Jesus was baptized in the river Jordan.
17.Both were baptized at age 30.
18.Horus was baptized by Anup the Baptizer.
19.Both Anup and John were later beheaded.

20.Horus was taken from the desert of Amenta up a high mountain to be tempted by his arch-rival Set. Jesus was taken from the desert in Palestine up a high mountain to be tempted by his arch-rival Satan.
21.Both Horus and Jesus successfully resist this temptation.
22.Both have 12 disciples.
23.Both walked on water, cast out demons, healed the sick, and restored sight to the blind.
24.Horus "stilled the sea by his power." Jesus commanded the sea to be still by saying, "Peace, be still."
25.Horus raised his dead father (Osiris) from the grave. Jesus raised Lazarus from the grave. (Note the similarity in names when you say them out loud. Further, Osiris was also known as Asar, which is El-Asar in Hebrew, which is El-Asarus in Latin.)
26.Osiris was raised in the town of Anu. Lazarus was raised in Bethanu (literally, "house of Anu").
27.Both gods delivered a Sermon on the Mount.
28.Both were crucified.
29.Both were crucified next to two thieves.
30.Both were buried in a tomb.
31.Horus was sent to Hell and resurrected in 3 days. Jesus was sent to Hell and came back "three days" later (although Friday night to Sunday morning is hardly three days).
32.Both had their resurrection announced by women.
33.Both are supposed to return for a 1000-year reign.
34.Horus is known as KRST, the anointed one. Jesus was known as the Christ (which means "anointed one").
35.Both Jesus and Horus have been called the good shepherd, the lamb of God, the bread of life, the son of man, the Word, the fisher, and the winnower.
36.Both are associated with the zodiac sign of Pisces (the fish).
37.Both are associated with the symbols of the fish, the beetle, the vine, and the shepherd's crook.
38.Horus was born in Anu ("the place of bread") and Jesus was born in Bethlehem ("the house of bread").

39."The infant Horus was carried out of Egypt to escape the wrath of Typhon. The infant Jesus was carried into Egypt to escape the wrath of Herod. Concerning the infant Jesus, the New Testament states the following prophecy: 'Out of Egypt have I called my son.'"
40.Both were transfigured on the mount.
41.The catacombs of Rome have pictures of the infant Horus being held by his mother, not unlike the modern-day images of "Madonna and Child."
Noted English author C. W. King says that both Isis and Mary are called "Immaculate".
42.Horus says: "Osiris, I am your son, come to glorify your soul, and to give you even more power." And Jesus says: "Now is the Son of Man glorified and God is glorified in him. If God is glorified in him, God will glorify the Son in himself, and will glorify him at once."
Horus was identified with the Tau (cross).

Approximately 46 Similarities were identified.

Fuck off with your Spam bull shit! Noone floated your last dozen posts, so you're gonna keep posting?
Fuck you, I hope you burn in hell-fire, perferably in the next few hours

I'm sure fellow non-Christian anons feel similarly

BURN!!!

fuck off varg

I compiled them you moron.
And by the way "Hell" doesn't exist.

Most of these claims are utter bullshit, made up on websites written in typefaces of comic sans and papyrus.

You're a little early Varg. These memes don't get trotted out until Easter every year.

You'd be better off comparing Jesus to Osiris, Your research is pretty shit, m8

...

I'm not even Christian but the catholic church decided to more easily incorporate pagans they would change some dates such as Christs birth and other dates to match up with the pagan holy ones. This succeeded immensely obviously

>OP thinks he's smart but doesn't know time is cyclical so of course the story has been told before and basically he's just BTFO

you compiled jack shit retard

HAHAHAHA THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY EXIST

give it up goyim, ,jesus time is up!

Do you even know mythology you retard. Horus' mother was not a virgin

Hey op hell does exist but it's not exactly what you would think. We have been creating it on earth here for a long long time. The whole meme of Christ is much older than Horus also, this streches back as long as history of man itself.
The whole basis of religions is based off a male and female component and the unification of the two bringing enlightenment(Christ)

How do you know any of these things to be true? Have you seen these events transpire?

Debunking the Horus-Jesus connection

1. Horus wasn't conceived of a virgin and he had a brother named Min. Isis clearly had copulation with Osiris after she resurrected (Seth, his nemesis and also a god, had killed Osiris and chopped him into pieces and then hid all the pieces across the land) and she gave him a new golden phallus because she couldn't find that body part after a fruitless quest (eaten by a catfish the legend says). By copulation Horus was conceived in contrast to Jesus, who's mother didn't have copulation with Joseph.
2. Horus's mother wasn't clearly Meri and no, there's no evidence to suggest Isis was called Meri. Isis, by the way, was the sister of Osiris.
3. Horus was born during the month of "Khoiak" (back when the Nile flooded the lands surrouding it). This is around October/November. Egyptians, with their rather accurate Nile calendars, didn't suddenly celebrate Horus around 21 December. Note: we're talking about the old calendars used, not the current Coptic one which differs from it. Futhermore, 25 December was never mentioned as to be Jesus's birth date in the Bible.
4. Osiris (deity of the underworld and afterlife) and Horus (deity of the sky and hunting) were important deities, but not as significant as Amon(-Ra) who was the "King of the Gods" and the solar deity (will be mentioned later on).
5. There's no evidence to suggest Horus's coming was announced by an angel since Isis was a goddess herself and chose to copulate with Osiris. Nor did any kings, "solar deities" (Ra is his name, and there's only one solar deity) or shepherds visit Horus shortly after he was born nor did they witness it. Again, the Bible never states how many magi actually visited Him.

6. Who's Herut? He certainly isn't a deity and this character (whoever he is) didn't try to kill Horus or Isis. She fled because Seth wanted to harm her and her child. Which is much more logical than throwing in some probably non-existent god/man named "Herut".
7. Horus was not “baptized.” The only account of Horus that involves water is one story where Horus is torn to pieces, with Isis requesting the crocodile god to fish him out of the water.
8. The special ritual to restore Horus's eye was done by the moon god (Khonsu). And this was after the fight between him and Seth (which he won by the way). Freaking again, there's no evidence as to suggest Horus had a "coming-of-age" ritual at 12 years old.
9. Can't stress this enough: HORUS WAS NEVER BAPTIZED IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE. The BS story of Anup the Baptizer is based on the works of a 19th-century English poet and amateur Egyptologist, Gerald Massey. However professional Egyptologists have largely ignored his work. In fact, his writing is held in such low regard in archaeological circles that it is difficult to find references to him in reputable modern publications. In the book Christ in Egypt: The Horus-Jesus Connection (Stellar House Publishing, 2009), author D. M. Murdoch, drawing heavily from Gerald Massey, identifies “Anup the Baptizer” as the Egyptian god Anubis. Murdoch then attempts to illustrate parallels between Anubis and John the Baptist.
10. No depictions have been found of Horus being baptized. a ritual washing was done during the coronation of a Pharaoh but performed by the gods themselves! Egyptologists suggest this, of course didn't happen in real life.
11. Horus wasn't "tempted" by Seth. They fought in the dessert and after that they reconciled. Symbolilally depicted as Horus and Seth tightening a rope side by side and to resemble the unity of upper and lower Egypt. There's no reconcilation between Jesus and Satan.

12. Horus didn't have 12 disciples but he had 6 demigods who followed him and some 16 humans.
13. Horus didn't raise his father from the grave. Isis casted a spell and resurrected him. The name Lazarus is actually derived from the Hebrew word Eleazar meaning “God has helped.” This name was common among the Jews of Jesus’ time. In fact, two figures in the New Testament bear this name (cf. John 11, Luke 16:19-31).
14. No records have been found to suggest Osiris, a god, was born in a village called Anu.
15. Horus wasn't crucified. This myth comes from a depiction where Hrous can be seen with his arms spread. Furthermore, Egyptians weren't familiar with the practice of crucifixions in contrast to the Romans who used it fairly frequently.
16. No reliable sources indicate Horus ever delivered a sermon upon a mountain/hill.
17. The Metternich Stella, a monument from the 4th century B.C., tells a story in which Horus is poisoned by Seth and brought back to life by the god Thoth at the request of his mother, Isis. The ancient Egyptians used the spell described on this monument to cure people. It was believed that the spirit of Horus would dwell within the sick, and they would be cured the same way he was. This spiritual indwelling is a far cry from the physical healing ministry of Christ. Horus did not travel the countryside laying his hands on sick people and restoring them to health.

18. Horus was never send to hell as his father was the god of the underworld. Neither was he venerated as a "savior". He was worshipped as the god of the sky, hunting and sometimes even as the god of war.
19. Horus was born somewhere near the Nile Delta. Again, this magical place called Anu is never taken seriously according to modern Egyptologists because there's no solid evidence or archaelogical findings to support that claim.
20. You clearly contradict yourself stating that firstly Horus was carried out of Egypt to escape the wrath of Typhon but before that you said it was because of Herut. Funny enough neither of them had anything to do with Isis fleeing for her life. That was because of Seth.
21. Horus wasn't transfigured on a mount.
22. The association of Jesus with pisces is unbiblical. And why would anyone associate Horus as pisces when he was partly a damn falcon? The Eye of Horus or Wedja, that is symbolically associated with Horus. The beetle was associated with the Egyptian god Khepri.
23. Instead of referring to amateur 19th century Egyptologists and authors to back up your claims, it's wiser to study the contemporary books and works which are far more historcally accurate.
24. Alas, we've come to the last point. Horus was never recorded to have told Osiris in any myth to give him power. Osiris was already restored back to his full might. Horus was identified with the Wedja as mentioned earlier. Never with a cross.

There's approximately a 100% chance you are a wrong according to the many faulty "similarities" you wrote (or copy pasted). I kind of pity you, you clearly can't be a critical thinker and your judgement is clouded by the fog of ignorance and bias.

Jesus and Horus are the same thing, a calendar not a religion, normie.

I spend too much time writing this but I hope this debunks once and for all this "connection" between Horus and Jesus.

Christ is not about what the bible says it is, Christ is about finding the strenght to endure injustice when the state and people want to crucify you.

It's about taking the sins of mankind upon your body and not beg for mercy

Jesus did nothing wrong
Embrace the Idea of Jesus, not as a prophet, nor a religious symbol, embrace his power to fight.

Be strong my fellow Christians
The night is young and filled of Muslims

Copy paste that!

You guys are trying way too hard

Stop spamming anti christ memes

What if the Jews were never slaves in Egypt and that was part of their history writing. The Sphinx nose probably doesn't exist anymore since they destroyed it to cover their tracks.

What you think you are celebrating
It's the germanization of Christianity.

25 December has nothing to do with jesus, but it's the crowing of the Holy Roman Empire Charlamange in the year 800.

The Chirstmass feast it's the winter feast Yule, common among all indo-europeans people. Where gifts are exchanged around the "christmass tree" a tree which doesn't grow in the middle east.

Jesus real name was Emmnuel and was born in August, he traveled the world and discovered the teachings of Zoroasterism that speaks of good thoughts, good actions, being good. A common thing in Jesus sermons.

He also learned about buddism and hiduism, many scholars have conclucted many similarities between them.

Christ promoted socialism, and the jews crucified him. Yet other ancient people saw the power of his words and actions, germanic people mostly when they discovered the teachings of Christ, they saw it's power.

Germanic people who are more social, more empathic and more caring then other people.
With the Power of minds Christ upon them, they conqured the world fighting off a great depression, each other and Muslim invaders.

Already have that on a word doc

Remember, it's not about what other people say about Jesus thats true. That has been interpreted, enforced, and created a insitution around it.

It's the power of his mind

Unlike Mohammads, which is weak and edgy. Jesus would not strike you down in anger if you called him a pedo.
Mohammad would

Jesus would share his bread with you
Mohammad make you pay him, so only he can eat

Jesus would share his wine with you
Mohammad would chop your head for drinking

Jesus mind is strong, Embrace it, Use it !
Mohammad mind is weak, deny it, fight it.

Her logic is sound when you take into account that the west is going to import Muslims no matter how much terrorism they cause so you might as well keep your mouth shut. $€£¥ it's all about money.

>28.Both were crucified.
i looked this one up, nothing supports it, so i'm calling bullshit on most of what you said.
there are definitely some similarities between the two, but you're clearly pulling the rest out of your arse.

Jesus as a warrior in germanic eyes.
Stuttgart year 900

And the missconception and why western people think jesus is white, comes also from the fact that once the German people took Christ's minds to become stronger, they also fusioned him with their strongest warrior, Thor.

Thus we see jesus as a blond warrior

Muslims are happy to blow themselfs up with the smallest disgarements

Pakistan which is 99.9% muslim has bombs going off weekly

Funny enough once Muslims reached a certain procent in europe, they started doing the same.

Thats because Mohammads minds is weak, they take the mind of Mohammads and cannot take an insult, are easily manipulated and easily made conviced to kill themselfs just so the rich gain more power and control of the people.

All historical evidence points to Christ living just as the bible says.

Horus, on the other hand, has none.

Really activates my almonds

Unfortunately, I've misspelled some words and made a grammatical errors. But I've already corrected them in my doc on my pc.

You didn't write shit, you retard. You copy pasted it.

As if an omnipotent God couldn't use the devil's own tricks against him.

Yes of course, clearly Horus is our true saviour.

why is everyone so butthurt:

This is all bullshit that gets passed around by morons. E.g. Horus was conceived after Isis turned into a bird and hovered over his giant severed ding dong -- wow just like the bible

>6.Both were born in a cave (although sometimes Jesus is said to have been born in a stable).

Only sometimes born in a stable.

Baby just watched (((loose change))) and thinks he's found enlightenment.

Read a book, fuckwit.

Lol. I did write most of it. But I did copy paste the point with Eleazar. Some people can actually write sound texts in contrast to your solitary testicle Fuhrer

Christ didn't promote socialism. He promoted a monarchy ruled directly by Himself

fuck off most of that shit has been debunked from some stupid bitch who claimed she was an archeologist but was proven to hold no credibility in the field and a liar. eat shit. I watched Religioulous and did the research after.

That was all proved false you goat

> be virgin
> gets impregnated by invisible man
> has two fathers

I can't take christians seriously

>(((loose change)))
so you like, believe the official 9/11 narrative
like, in the current year?

see you at the pearly gates fag, try to explain that to saint peter when you can't get in ;p

See "debunking Zeitgeist."

Nice bait you kike
Of course you would believe that your people were the ones who crucified him fearing the Roman boot.

If he promoted "Monarchy" under direct rule by why did Pilat couldn't do anything about him, and asked the jewish people to deal with him.

You may say he didn't want to put blood on his hands, he couldn't legally do shit to jesus cause he did nothing wrong. The other people around Jesus said that he was the king of kings, not himself.

Feeding the multitude is a term used to refer to two separate miracles of Jesus reported in the Gospels.

The first miracle, "Feeding of the 5,000", is reported in all four gospels (Matthew 14:13-21; Mark 6:31-44; Luke 9:12-17; John 6:1-14).

The second miracle, the "Feeding of the 4,000", with seven loaves of bread and fish, is reported by Matthew 15:32-39 and Mark 8:1-9, but not by Luke or John.

>Not a socialist
>Promoting in feeding the poor

Jesus promoted feeding the poor, talked about rich.

>If he promoted "Monarchy" under direct rule by why did Pilat couldn't do anything about him, and asked the jewish people to deal with him.

Because he needed to obey Roman law, he was not there to solve Jewish religious matters it was only after they threatened to complain to Rome that pilot agreed with their charge of insurrection

If you think being a socialist is just wanting poor people to have food (especially in a first century context) then you are retarded

To add, Pilate understood Jesus "kingdom" to be harmless religious nonsense since Jesus explicitly told him " my kingdom is not of this world"

Congrats retards you took the divide and conquer bait.

>The sun-god Horus
That's where I stopped reading this anti-Christian spam. How about do some basic research on your talking points instead of copying and pasting, dingus.
