I'm also mostly retarded on this subject and don't get what a wiped out power grid drill entails -- will literally everyone be without power? Only places without generators? Only certain areas? I'd really appreciate someone breaking this down for me.
HOWEVER, I'm not totally convinced this will happen. While, like I said above, I wouldn't be surprised if this happened, wouldn't it be a huge liability? There's the potential for millions of people to die. And how could they cover up something so wide-spread? Or what excuse would they use for something like this?
