Modern society is to blame for there being so many people who don't deserve to live. Most people in the West used to harden as they grow on their own, like anywhere else. Now without effort you can remain indefinitely infantile due to our decadence. There were always outliers that became like this throughout history, but now the general masses have succumbed to this condition. There is no longer a rite of passage into adulthood, you can be sheltered and live comfortably. This is de-evolution. Everyone has a dandy-ol time being a degenerate well into their 50s. Constant entertainment, pre-cooked meals and pornography has robbed us of our man-hood.

Realize that to live is to struggle. Really internalize this truth in your being and actions and when possible spread it to others that you care about. In the end the Natural Order will always prevail. Nature is inherently fascist. The modern world is a world that goes completely against nature and the results are telling. It's tearing itself apart. Nevertheless you as an individual can always choose to go against the flow and struggle and persevere while the rest of society rots and withers away. It's not an easy path, but you go on because you know that you are in the right and that in the end you will be vindicated.

The modern world is so self-destructive half the battle is just weathering the storm until the whole edifice has degenerated so much that we can rise and deal the final blow. Live to live your life correctly and that will bring happiness to yourself and those around you.

Stop drinking ALL soda/artificial juices and stop eating junkfood. Stop buying super-market meals and try to grow your own vegetables that aren't infected with pesticides and plastics. Healthy and economic, aswell as peaceful. Till the soil like your great grandfather did. Try to drink mostly water or coffee/tea with little to no sugar added. Purchase meat and produce from local producers that you know personally. A big reason why western men’s sperm count has gotten lower is because we do less outdoor jobs like we used to 50 years ago, which means less sun exposure and less Vitamin D production.

Thus we should grow our own food, get outside more, and not rely on commercial food producers. Over specialization creates a society without purpose for many and too much interdependence. Cities are inherently self-destructive because they are unnatural. Multiple cities reaching more than hundreds of thousands in population did not exist prior to the mid-19th century. The countryside would remain unaffected in the long run if a future collapse occurs. 99% of our history has not been like this with populations concentrated like ants and living like parasites. It’s a very volatile mix and you do not want to be a part of it. There’s a reason liberals are concentrated in these shitholes.

While you don't have to go 110% /innawoods/ right now, it's always good to be in a state of relative independence, and in a small closely knit community. It is such values and societal composition that will survive a collapse and reclaim what is left once the dust has settled. While I do use my computer like now, I try not to make it part of who I am am. We are constantly stimulated by technology. This is unnatural since we used to be able to just sit for hours and reflect, now we get anxious if there is no internet connection. To be able to relax and just think is a form of "meditation" I suppose, but it’s nice to do it. I have a garden I go sit in during the late afternoon and just gaze out on the nearby mountains. I don't think about anything in particular, I let my mind wander. Really healthy and fulfilling.

The vast majority of things that modern society has brought us have severe consequences. The only "good" things it has brought are directly or indirectly related with making life painstakingly easy and almost meaningless or just increasing world population to insane levels. The kikes would have us be dependent on them soon; once post-industrial society hits and we become unproductive slaves to the state for our monthly food ration.

I have a few tips of my own that i don't think will be mentioned but i think it is very important to keep your heart warm and your mind/body duality happy.

Don't forget to de-stress and take breaks to relax and enjoy your life when needed. Sometimes the kid inside of you needs time to play, to push it away forever is a deadly trap that leads to mental/physical/spiritual exhaustion.

NAPS don't forget to take naps! Its a bit of a paradox but in the long run you can accomplish much more much faster if you are well rested every day and sometimes you need more sleep between your 8 or so hour daily rest. Creativity is something that comes from your heart and overworking your body and mind is a great way to get classic mental blocks. Sometimes epiphanies come to you in the weirdest times!

PLAYING IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORANT THINGS YOU CAN DO TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO GROW DON'T FORGET THIS! Just make sure the things you do to play allow you to grow not stagnate.

Trying to get /fit/ here, is it fine if I get the majority of my bulking calorie intake (3300cal/daily) from blended up shakes instead of actual solid meals?

I struggle to eat 5-6 meals a day and I find it easier to drink down calories so instead I usually make shakes consisting of

>30g peanut butter
>50g icecream to sweeten it
>110g frozen berries and/or 1 large banana
>15g coconut/olive oil
>500g whole milk
for about 1200cal and about 60g protons, and I'll usually have 2 of these for 2400cals and then 2 more meals of chicken, rice and brocolli to fill in the remaining 1000 cal.

Is this fine? or do liquid meals fuck me over somehow compared to more solid meals? I think my shits are less solid then before but I also think this could be because I'm just eating more fibre in general.

I quit coffee, cigs, and a kratom addiction all 3 cold turkey 3 weeks ago.

I had a flue for like 4 days and felt like absolute garbage, but then it all got better..

Life without coffe is fucking amazing, I cant believe how much energy I have. I wake up and I feel as energiozed as I used to after my 4th cup. I honestly cant believe i went through the last 15 years of my life drinking that shit. I wonder how badly it held me down..

my focus is better, my thoughts are clearer, I honestly had no idea how fucking messed up i was.

I have nothing to prove it, but from the dieting programs I've done (lost about 40lbs in less than 12 months and have kept almost all of it off) you should try to max your consumption of protein supplements to one or two meals a day.

If anyone is interested here is a rough outline of the diet I was on. These measurements were calculated for me, but for a normal relatively young male the values should be OK.

4 meals a day, each 4 hours apart. The idea is to go long enough between meals that your body has consumed all of the calories you ate and so it starts burning body fat. It is very important you eat nothing between meals, though coffee and tea (no milk or sugar) and water are fine in between.

Each meal should be roughly equal in terms of macro nutrients. Don't obsess over calories per meal; focus on the macro nutrients:

24g of lean protein (fish and turkey are the best, then chicken, then red meat)
32g of carbs. Preferably vegetables (anything green is good), but you can also do rice, potatoes, pasta you will just have a smaller portion. A good rule of thumb for non veggies is about a cup for one meal. Sweet potatoes are a very good choice. You can also split it in half (16g veggies, 1/2 cup rice or potatoes) as that much vegetables can be a lot to eat.
12g of fat. "Good fats" would be like avocado, nuts, seeds, and so on. Butter is fine, just stay away from processed stuff.

It will take your body a week or two to adjust, by the third week you will probably feel hungrier than the first 2 but just stick to it. You will even out and your body will get into the rhythm of when you should be eating.

Water intake is critical. Another good rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces per day. At first you'll need to piss every 20 minutes, but that is your body releasing old water it has been holding on to as most people are way dehydrated. There will be a breaking point where drinking a 32oz bottle is nothing.
