What are Sup Forums's thoughts on China?

There's a lot of anti communist and anti globalist talk on this board, but I see very little discussion about the rising power of China. Is it just meme? There's a lot of pro-China shills everywhere in the media, so I'm surprised more people here aren't vocal against them. There's Chinese hate threads but I see almost no political discussion about their policies, influence, or potential.

I like the Republic of China

...

You like them despite their almost monopoly on American manufacturing, oppressive communist government, exploitative trade practices, and increasing global influence?

I LOVE China

No, I like the Republic of China.

Why?

I went to Waseda and the Chinese literally tried to hivemind me to death and I'm super sick because of it. I think I understand how the Chinese operate better than most people, even professors and shit.

Before Waseda -> all countries and cultures can be friends
After Waseda -> Burn them all.

As far as I'm aware, China has moved away from communism towards something resembling capitalist facism. If I were a chinese man, I wouldnt be black pilled about a future for my people.

>mfw all the globalist countries try to claim the moral high ground with MUH TOLERANCE when they support this brutal regime that exists for the sole purpose of making money by exploiting the population of China, and refuse to acknowledge the republic of china or denounce the annexation and destruction of tibet

I lived in a Chan (Chinese Zen Buddhism) monastery for a few months back in my monastic days and their mentality was fucking insane. Needless to say they absolutely hated your countrymen and traditions.

I support them, because I think a multipolar world in which China and India are superpowers as well as the US will encourage greater interest in the strength of society, so I say godspeed to those faux-Soviet bastards.

China is less interventionist then America, which is a good thing. A large part of the American foreign policy is run by neo cons and liberal interventionists until that changes America's lost of influence should be welcomed.

Also, if you want a not-so quick rundown on Chinese policy and politics, look up Xi Jinping's speech to the Communist Party Congress this year, and he lays it out pretty well. It's basically fascism.

My bad, I'm actually an American half. But yeah, they really hate Japanese people. I would say about 10% of the Chinese I met were good people. 50% were garbage, and the rest fall in line due to authoritarian Top-Down structure.

>less interventionist
On a global scale, sure, but that's for now. They're basically building up to critical mass and then they'll start posturing themselves globally. They have their hands tied just within their region, sharing a border with India and Russia. But they're on pretty good terms with most of the world and so I could see them getting more flexibility in the future.

I'll be sure to check it out. The other thing that kind of shocks me is this talk that countries that used to be hardcore communist (Russia, China) and are now more nationalist but still with power consolidated in a single party get a free pass for people here on Sup Forums. I'll definitely read it though

China has their spies all over the Asian region. I've seen it myself. This idea that they aren't interventionist is a myth.

>rising power of China. Is it just meme?

yes

Here in the US as well, especially college towns. They send them here as students. I was living in Eugene and there were so many with just insane amounts of bank and one of my friends on campus said he found a stash of passports his chinese roommate had that all had his picture and different names.

i bet they make good agents, since theyre soulless and all
basicalyl no need to mk ultra them

why did you live in monastery? were you training?

Quick rundown of it: theguardian.com/world/2017/oct/18/xi-jinping-speech-new-era-chinese-power-party-congress

Xi Jinping basically wants China to experience a rebirth of culture and Chinese power on the world stage, so that China can reestablish itself as the Middle Kingdom. He aims to do this through expanding and reforming the military, and destroying corruption in the Communist Party (which has made him extremely popular, to the point that now his name is in the constitution: "Xi Jinping thought for the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics").

They provide 90% of the rekt webms

Yep. They are so organized and doing underhanded garbage like this. Americans are too innocent and too stupid to realize they are trying to fuck us over, and half of them are cuckolds who would defend Chinese culture before defending their own.

They are already programmed to be drones just due to Chinese hierarchical structure. Compound that with communist authoritarianism, they have no idea what individualism is, and even when a few want to understand freedom, they will get beaten back into the ground.

>power consolidated in a single party

what's wrong with this?

Considering the unsustainable construction industry they’ve built up and subsidized through their government that’ll eventually crash, I think they’ve pretty well locked, loaded, and pointed the gun an their foot. When it goes off, it’s going to set back their rise considerably and the entire world is probably going to feel it in the economy.

In short, their retardation will fuck us all in the next decade with a new depression.

who is she?

>t. retard 56℅

>the Middle Kingdom
Nobody gives a fuck about Chinese culture expect the Chinese. If they want to be the middle kingdom it will only be because they are a black hole of tyranny and oppression.

People don't care about Japanese culture either; sorry to say, but your culture was basically BTFO'd by us in WWII, and your entire country is living a Western-themed lie.

>There's Chinese hate threads but I see almost no political discussion about their policies, influence, or potential.
Same reason there's nigger hate threads but almost no political discussion about their policies, influence or potential. We already know what they're about. What's to discuss? All they do is chimp out over Taiwan. No wonder they're mad. They're surrounded by countries vastly superior to them and North Korea is their only friend. I'd spit and cut in line too if I were Chinese.

I already explained I'm an American. And yes, anime, video games, etc, count as soft power in the same way as hollywood movies. Besides America and Japan, no other countries have this level of cultural influence.

It's the wrong party.

pretty much this

Their dictator is smarter than ours

Already producing qts that are superior to japanese girls

Chinese culture is or was the main influence on Japanese culture.

Xi Jinping should use State power to help the revitalization of Chinese Buddhism, Taoism, and other Chinese native religions to fight Christian and Muslim influence.

Evangelicalism is basicallly a arm of the US-Israel empire.

He's kind of wanting to do that, but he's clearly afraid that making Confucianism & Daoism a major draw to him will have a two-way effect. He's afraid that traditional Chinese ideology could take over the Communist Party and wrest control of society away. He more or less supports it in society, but he takes care to make sure it doesn't infiltrate the Party itself.

This

Chinese neighbors (in America), are also insufferables

>Nosey as shit
>Never shut the fuck up
>Always scream in Chinese
>Stare at you for being non-Chinese since the entire neighborhood is flooded with then
>Even one time what I assume was for "yoga" saw a Chinese lady ramming her head into a tree for like 10 minutes
