The good thing about black death is that you don't get up and go to Europe when you have it. You fucking fall over and die. Air travel would be the only way to get in in time, and even then the patient would have to be infected at the airport.
Air travel is likely going to be shut down soon in these countries if it hasn't already. If plague manages to make it to Europe, we have the resources to isolate and treat it (as we did Ebola).
