Put the paper in newspapers. In the early mornings go to where they have papers in the stalls and place a flyer on the front page or inside the fold of each newspaper. That ways people outside of campuses get to see it. And typically, those fill really early in the morning so you can do it without getting doxxed. You could do one box every day in a different location early in the morning and easily get 200+ papers.
