this makes sense, though some might say that they are illusions it all just depends on you're definition of real, they are certainly effectual but can be overcome with proper thinking. I have had lucid dreaming experiences that I felt things physically in, I believe the dreamscape (or at least the lucid one) may be partly overlapping with some kind of alternate metaphysical reality, sounds crazy but I have my reasons for believing this which are sound.
