Is that not evidence to suggest of the social impact upon IQ? If an individual is objectively inferior mentally, why does their IQ remain consistent with white children for a considerable length of time until adulthood, where a slight deviation occurs? The most feasible explanation would be the influence of cultural circumstances.
However, evidently, a study from 1976, exploring only 130 children has little applicability.
