One thing we must understand and take out of religious context is how Q keeps telling us to PRAY.
In other words, praying is a way of using INTENTION to effect the future probability. Not to go way off topic but PEAR labs showed you can have an effect that is statistically significant by using your intent to effect things that are UNCERTAIN in nature (in this case it was RNGs).
