An endless population of slave-soldiers to throw at the enemy.
this is one reason, I also have read that the soviet unions tanks got progressively more advanced than the reichs and this played a role too
Because they could. And hitlerfag shartsinmarts are still salty about it.
See:
>Allied funding
>millions of reserves
>leadership willing to try anything to not be purged
>brave peasantry sold the lie of communism
Because AMERICA wasn't in the fight yet.
As soon as AMERICA joined the war ended quick.
You're welcome, rest of the world.
> Stalinism isn't communism
> Communism defeated Nazism
PICK ONE.
are you saying it wasn't real communism user?
Because Hitler was retarded enough to object his generals and fucked up the blitzkrieg which lead to the total war a la WW1 where USSR had big advantage due to having more resources and better alies.
I haven't actually read much about conflict on the eastern front, but the Soviets could easily use scorched earth as they retreated to stretch nazi food supply lines and make winters living hell without infrastructure to occupy. Large numbers of conscripts and a relatively wide swath of front also means retreating by a bit strecthed the german forces by a considerably larger relative amount.
well they were just more effective
Germany used their high tech Tigers which needed good spare parts. But the supply lines were fucked.
Sowjets on the other Hands could throw shit on their T's and they would function.
Also they burried their tanks so they had extra protection while acting like a "turret"
Hitler should have went full apeshit on Moscow, supported the Finns more to cut off supply lines and dont trust the foreign SS armies who were supposed to cover the Wehrmachts way.
It wasn't really nazism.
unending soviet hordes and the huge production of materials from the USA. relentless aerial bombing of factories and cities that the reich thought were untouchable.
America was pumping out tanks and weapons for the Soviets to use. That combined with their tactic of throwing mass amounts of soldiers at the enemy until they give up helped them win.
If the Nazis were able to thwart the Normandy landings, they could've redeployed all their units in a defensive line to hold off the Soviets and then made a counter-attack. Anyone who says that America and Britain had no part in winning the war is a moron.
Same story as with JapanvsUS, really. We were unmobilized and unprepared when attack happened.
But we had two times the manpower and around 1.5 as much military industry with competitive and sometimes superior technology. Land Lease drove it up to at least 2 times advantage in every category, and provided tech where we were weaker.
guess you were born a decade late senpai
Zerg rush
It was cold.
השואה התרחשה בחו”ל.
My mother is from Naharija
Japan also managed to sink shitton of ships initially and capture all kinds of stuff. But once those Americans drydocks started pumping carriers and planes, it became completely irrelevant how much they sank.
Great question. The Red Army had twice as many tanks and 3 times as many soldiers as the Wehrmacht, and let’s be honest the Russians fought like lions. People point to Stalingrad as the turning point, but honestly the First Battle of Smolensk was the moment when the German High Command realized that they might be in serious trouble. Smolensk was a big defeat for the Red Army, but they managed to inflict serious damage to the Germans for the first time in the war, and it shook the German generals badly. They started bickering about how to pursue the war, and made the fatal mistake of removing Gen Guderian from leadership. Russian resistance stiffened, and they won the Battle of Moscow. War over.
And endless supplies of guns & ammo & food that FDR supplies them
Bullshit, lend lease goods made up under 10% of what the Soviets used and much of it wasn't weaponry, it was shit like trucks and spam. Stalin's industrialization campaign before the war even began won the Soviets the war. That plus geography
Winter, drafted pretty much every subhuman they got, got support from usa, the nazis didn’t use a full scale attack, the nazis expanded to far and had no place to regroup and resuplie.
logistics, nazi's spread too thin.
80% of the German resources were still on the Eastern front even with D-Day. D-Day happened to prevent a soviet takeover of Europe
The Nazis killed a shitload of Soviets but their numbers were ridiculous. Like, tens of millions of Soviets died, but there were millions more behind them.
The Soviets just had an insane numerical advantage, and even with that they could barely hold their own.
They didnt even support them until Stalingrads fate was sealed.
Capitalist nations would rather make a quick buck supplying Commies. Never trust Communists or Capitalists.
Exactly. Say what you want about Stalin but he managed to build 25,000 tanks by 1940. That is a fuckload of armor. The truth about the Wehrmacht is that it was a small army with many units not even mechanized. Most of the German Army still used horses.
>attack country with a population three times your size that's Allied with the industrial might of the United States
>blow all your goodwill with racially-motivated mass-murder of millions of innocent people, forcing people who you could've used as cannon fodder against Stalin to rally 'round the Soviet banner to defend the Motherland
>thinking a land war in Russia was a idea in the first place
Jeeze, I don't know why...
>Most of the German Army still ATE horses.
FTFY
If anything, you have it exactly opposite. The Jews sent the Soviets lend lease to keep the Nazis from winning outright and then invaded Normandy to prevent a soviet takeover of Europe. Aid to the USSR made a much bigger impact before Stalingrad.
>Most of the German Army still used horses.
source?
Tfw socialist and calling upon people to distrust extreme formes of socialism.
Nice digits
Haven't you seen the casualty numbers per country?
Non-Russians usually grossly overestimate land-lease, but I wouldn't underestimate it either. Good and numerous trucks helped with both supply and leg infantry fighting capacity immensely. We'd won without it too, but it would've been significantly harder.
yea the germans were like 40 km from moscow, i think tht 10% was very necessary. Also, you can fight without weaponry, but u cant fight without food.
Australia took them their energy
Because it was cold
They had more men, better tanks and Stalin actually fucking let his generals do what they wanted.
Only that most of them for the USSR were non-combatant or non combat losses (i.e. encirclements of the first months of war)
>The Jews
why is it always us
sigh
From what I know is that the Soviets already stopped the German force and it got into a stalemate until the lease came.
Takeover of moscow doesn't mean outright victory at all, the battle in the city itself would've cost them more than any battle before it. Also, the only reason they got so far is because the Soviets kept Far Eastern divisions in Asia in fear of Japan. Sending those divisions to Moscow stemmed the tide in winter 1941/42
thats what im trying to say here
More soldiers, more money, no two fronts
1.Zerg rushing
2.Better winter gear
3.Supplies from the (((USA)))
Had Hitler prepped his army for the winter, and focused more on Moscow, even with the USA supplies, Russia would've lost. Early on, Stalin killed most of his generals due to paranoia, and most of the red army wasn't moralized (Stalingrad moralized the ruskies afterwards). Hitler had a big advantage and should've listened to his generals more.
The Germans didn't even enter Moscow. And, if Leningrad or Stalingrad would be any demonstration, they wouldn't be able to capture it in any alternate history scenario; just partially occupy and damage.
Because J.P. Morgan gave Rothschild money to create atheistic communism in Russia (Bolsheviks). These resources enables them to attack Germany and win.
Moscow is the cental hub where all shit get through, from the north to the south.
It was a key point
now we cant tell how much it would have affected the Sowjets but certainly a better objective to go for than Stalingrad
wasn't it winter that made them win?
it was a stalemate before the Soviets sent divisions from the Far East (guarding against Japan) to Moscow. Also, the Germans invaded on June 22, 1941 and US lend lease to Russia was approved on October 30, 1941.
Stalin allowed open faith again to boost the morale.
Blessing weapons and stuff like that
>muh winter
Yeah sure, definitley not the couple of the biggest battles in the history of mankind.
Stalingrad and south of that was an oil-rich region and they probably thought it would be an easier victory than in Moscow. Look at Leningrad, a smaller city under siege for over 2 years and it was never captured.
>thinking a land war in Russia was a idea in the first place
Another stupid meme. Quite a lot of people fought a land war in Russia with nice results, like, i don't know, the non-Nazi Germans 20 years before WWII.
you're a fucking dumbass.
yea it wasn't at all influenced by winter of course you white mongolian.
This. Also Stalins purges left command without experienced people so army wasnt fully operative.
it wasnt the main factor lmao
the germans routinely inflicted faaaaar more casualties on the commies than they received, they were facing the british empire, the usa and the soviet union plus all of the funded enemies within. ground down
Germans never had much chance of winning, Russia is too big, had too much manpower, was being supplied by the Americans and Germany was fighting on two fronts. Hitler basically had no choice, Stalin was going to attack but was stalling for time, every day he waited the more arms the Soviets got from the Americans. They probably deluded themselves that they had a chance to win but not really. Stalin just sacrificed ground and soldiers like the Russians always do until their enemy is overextended and then counterattacked
>
>whiny little stormweenies buttblasted m-muh zergrush
Your Fuehrer though all Slavs were subhumans so it wouldn't matter if Germans were outnumbered. Guess he was wrong, huh?
who would have though he was wrong about his retarded ideology?
The Russians basically threw endless waves at the Germans. They gained ground on Germany but always paid the heaviest of tolls for their sheer stupidity.
>like, i don't know, the non-Nazi Germans 20 years before WWII.
>Civil War breaks out in Russia
>Germany wins by default because the Russians Empire is tearing itself apart
>Germany loses WW1 anyway
Some victory.
I'm not a stormfag tho. I identify more with Stalin than Hitler.
Russia arguably lost more than Germany as a result of WWI
not necessarily more advanced, more that Germany couldn't field enough good tanks to beat back the Russians. A Panther is a good tank, but it can't kill seven tanks by itself at once
most accounts came from Germans on the eastern front. While in 43-44 the Soviets enjoyed a numerical superiority, the initial fighting forces for 41-42 were very even. Germans had bad supply lines, lost the air war, and without that they eventually collapsed.
en.wikipedia.org
the soviets definitely created some better tanks than the nazis did, in addition to having the industrial power to output more too. But yeah the industrial output eventually gave them the edge because the tanks were comparable to each other by the late stages of the conflict, at the start nazi tanks were absolutely shitting on soviet designed tanks
>Russia arguably lost more than Germany as a result of WWI
They both lost in the end, pic related
because if 2 persons want to kill each other with passion then only 1 can survive.
>Biggest part of Stalingrad battle was fought before the winter
>Kursk was fought on spring
>winter won the war urr durr
>kek that gif.
Look, to be clear my fellow Sup Forumss...., I'm totally with DJT.
But really...., who can look at that GIF of Mussolini and NOT see a clone of the our Prez at a rally.
LMAO.
are you a proxy? your english is atrocious. But point taken.
Stalin got the old generals out of the gulag and used them and stfu about his fucking ideology, thus winning the war whilst Hitler mingled with the generals where he had no place to advice due to lack of education and didnt keep his ideology out of the war. Thats why Russia won.
how did you two know?
>are you a proxy?
Proxy for what?
I've been here on Sup Forums since the beginning.
>your english is atrocious.
How so?
I'm a 4th generation American and a recent graduate from law school.
So...., exactly what is wrong with my command of the English language?
At least I know how to capitalize the beginning of a sentence, Mister Aboriginal Ausfag.
>But point taken.
At least you are capable of appreciating the humorous and ironic nature of that GIF.

> Operation Barbarosa split German army into three directions, which turned out to be logistics nightmare.
> Goering convinced Hitler that Luftwaffe can supply the troops with airdrop, was total bullshit
> After defeating France Hitler was so full of himself. He fired talented military staff such as Guderian and Manstein who were frustrated with Hitler's retardation.
> It became clear later that Hitler had no fucking clue on warfare. He gave direct orders to the army to overextend and never allowed withdrawal.
> Zero coordination with Axis members. Japan signed neutrality pact with the Soviets when they could easily make it two-fronted war for them.
> Italy got constantly btfo in Greece and North Africa. Germany had to step in, which delayed the offensive greatly.
> Russian winter. Swamp during summer. Tanks broke frequently. German divisions could barely advance.
> Soviet Union had massive amount of resources and industrial potential.
> Germany did not, and could not fight a long war.
Despite all this Germany almost won.
>Soviet Union had massive amount of resources and industrial potential.
i like how by building a few factories here and there over 10 years agrarian USSR is suddenly more stronk than fuking ze powerhouse of Europe, Germany, that has another fuking powerhouse of Europe, France at it's disposal and all those austrian-hungarian industries and poland and yugoslavia and belgium and denmark and norway yada yada yada.
meanwhile soviets had to evacuate 2/3 of their plants to Siberia and still ourproduced eurocucks. Are euros like superlazy?
Our soil is lacking some quite important resources for war
>germany didnt even have the rubber for their tank wheels in later war, more stress on drivetrain
>germany didnt even have the oil to drive their tanks
>had almost no tungsten, a crucial material for pak and kwk ammunition that actually does damage
>lack of molybdium required high effort and time in hardening vanadium steel
Ontop
>frequent design changes crippled industry
>our obsession with perfect products crippled mass production output in early war
>the fucking suspensions goddamit, they should had calculated with 100% safety like we do today
