"Svenske tilstander" is not a phrase made up by Listhaug.. It's a common wording used to explain a country with rapid growth in murders, grenade attacks, no-go zones, edition of the government and police, destruction of culture etc etc. Even the most far left in Norway acknowledge the issues in Sweden.

The study was finished in may but since the election was right around the corner the head of the department held ut back until now.
The report is formulated in wierd ways. Instead of talking about the % of norwegians norway will have by 2100 they measure people who are born in norway and every person with one parent born in norway.
So to sum it up:

So by 2100 people with atleast one norway born parent will be at 64%
Ethnic norwegians will emrank even lower with another estimate ranking it at best 40% and probably around 30%.
