How do i build up more Testosterone?

>Be me
>kinda skiny
>Below Average muscle density

i wanna be a full alpha male Sup Forums i need more testosterone, but i dont want to resort to steroids (they make your penis tiny)
is there any other way? natural maybe?

You don't need any more testosterone. You'll only end up as hairline-receding nu_male Carl the Cuck type. Eat healthy, work out every now and then, don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't drink and get a social life.

Some people just build lean muscle more than anything because of their metabolism. Unless you eat like 6k calories and work most of it off every day, you'll always be lean.

Bulking is for cucks anyway. The Roman aesthetic is ideal anyway. Just get really good definition, bulk will just slow you down and make you less flexible.

Answer to your question:
Healthy diet (hormone free)
Zinc supplements (which lead to)
Magnesium supplements (zinc kills mag in your body, get both)
Water. Lots of it.
Exercise. LOTS OF IT.
Sleep. LOTS OF IT.

Now, since you are in the wrong board, let me introduce you to /fit/. There's a sticky there. When you are interested in truly learning (you are in complete control of your body), go there. Some warnings/advice before you tread:
1. Don't cheat (roids). It's really not worth it.
2. Calorie in/calorie out. No, not all calories are created equal, but no one can defy the laws of physics.
3. Motivation will get you there, discipline will KEEP you there. Motivation is a false god; worship only while it helps.
4. Veganism has health perks, and there's currently strong backlash because "muh gains". But in all honesty, the human body isn't meant to look like "World's Strongest Man". Heart failure at 50 is a short-sighted body builder's game plan. Be ---HEALTHY---, not "built".

Good luck, and have fun discovering yourself.

I wanted to build up more testosterone. I started losing weight, I started doing fasting, took mineral supplements and improved my diet to get all the zinc, iron etc. Lost a shitload of weight and I feel like my test levels have gone way up, but right now I have a problem with ''heat hives'' or whatever the fuck you call them.
Every time I get hot or a little stressed I become so itchy I want to kill myself just to make it stop.

I'd trade my current situation for being a low test numale any day. I've tried anything to fix my shit and nothing works. I've tried asking for advice and no one can tell me anything.

stop doing heroin

this go to fit and read the sticky. all the info you need

It might actually be the opposite. I used to drink a lot, and one of the alcohol withdrawal symptoms is heat hives. I haven't used alcohol in about 3 or 4 months.
I am tempted to go full alcoholic just for the slim chance of having this shit go away.

whats your fasting schedule like

Dude, you are probably getting too much zinc. So many guys just think the more zinc they take, the more testosterone they will have. You can get too much quite easily. How much are you having?

22 hour fasting, 2 hour eating period.
When I started suspecting fasting causing heat hives I stopped fasting entirely.

Some good and some bad advice here in my opinion.
Being vegan has no positive effect on testosterone in my opinion. But arguing about diet is like arguing about religion with somebody of another believe. A waste of time.

>read about low carb and high fat diets (fat is needed for hormones), read about intermittent fasting, compare it to other diets like the suggested vegan diet, make your own choice
>your body needs healthy stress to flood your body with hormones and trigger production of more hormones
>healthy stress is lifting heavy, HIIT, facing uncomfortably/scary/extreme situations for example in combat sports, ride a rollercoaster, fasting like mentioned before is a big one, you need to be competitive and stop avoiding uncomfortable challenges
>avoid bad stress

Nah, if you haven't had alcohol in that long then that's not what it is. And if you really had physical symptoms of withdrawal when coming off, you should never touch alcohol again.

You want healthy stress? Get in the shower when it is cool like pool water, and slowly keep making it colder until it is all the way on cold.
I can do this with my well water which is 49 degrees, so none of you have an excuse.
Besides, getting your nuts cold might raise testosterone.

I take 15mg of zinc per day. I am not sure if zinc has anything to do with it. I've looked trough everything in my diet and supplementation, and it's all over the place. There is no one single thing I can point my finger to and figure out that it's the cause.

Eggs, spinache and lift.

drink a gallon of milk a day

ONION JUICE

celery seeds

10/10 would GOMAD again

Lift heavy weights

Eat lots of lean meat and vegetables

Sleep 8 hours a day

Don't jerk off more than twice a week

15mg a day is too much. Look, I've already been over this hump. Too much zinc will make you feel like you want to die. For me it made me feel like I was living in one giant stressed induced panic attack for days, and I completely lost my appetite to the point I was using a blender and drinking all of my calories some days. I was having 25mg every other day. Everyone is different, some people might need 15mg a day, others might need 15mg a week. It depends on your body and how much you are already consuming in your diet. First thing I would do if I were you is to cut back on the zinc. I mean way back at first. Don't take it for like 10 days, then have 15mg every two days at the most.
Also, you think about getting bloodwork done? Not sure what kind of coverage you have, but there are numerous things that might be wrong. Do you take a multivitamin? Take half of one every day if you don't.

Eat celery, eat high protein, take zinc + magnesium, lift heavy things, consider steroids

I take prohormone supplements and work out

steroids make blood flow so bigger harder erections I don't know where people got the
makes dick smaller meme

I'm not that social, plus I'm lazy. What's wrong with being skinny? At least I'm not a whale.

Lift, and improve your diet and sleep.
Sterons don't shrink your dick, they shrink your testes a little, but they return to normal size after a cycle.

I have been getting them too. I haven't had a drink in 15 years.

Do GOMAD.

...

I can try cutting out zinc and see what happens, but none of things you listed are my symptoms.
I feel fucking great outside of these ridiculous heat hives and having to live in constant cold to not trigger them.

>stop eating meat
into the trash that shit goes

Look up "vitamin d heat hives". Or "vitamin heat hives".
Are you taking anything with niacin in it? Any pre workout or other supplements? You might be getting a niacin flush.

>tfw can't lift anymore since I've seemed to have given myself tendonitis

Life sucks bros, will this shit ever get better?

What's wrong is you look, and factually are, weak.

They shrink your testicles because you're body is constantly overloaded with steroids so you stop producing testosterone. Doesn't shrink your cock though.

There's literally nothing wrong with it, but OP didn't like it for some reason.

I am very tendonitis prone, I've had some form of it everywhere. Recovery depends on the severity, how you're lifting, how much you're lifting, sometimes it's genetics where you get it easily. It's super frustrating every time but I have always beaten it in the end, even if it took over a year in some cases.
Where do you get it?

My T-levels are just shy of 800 ng/dl, and the tests were done at a hospital. Those results are above the male average. Here's how I do it.

>Stay natural.
I don't take any performance enhancers. The only supplement I take is a generic multivitamin with high levels of B and zinc. This keeps my cortisol levels in check.

>Eat clean.
My caloric macros are close to 40% protein, 30% carbs, and 30% fat. I don't eat junk food or anything with wheat or soy in it, but I do drink whole milk. Every meal that I eat has meat in it.

>Stay lean.
I have 10% bodyfat, and I keep it low to avoid excess estrogen production. If you can't see your abs, you're going to have hormone problems. Get shredded.

>Lift heavy.
Don't fall for the high reps meme. I go heavy as fuck three times a week, and it shows. If you can do more than 30 reps of a single exercise while resting only 2 minutes or so in between sets, then you are lifting too light and should add some weight.

>Run fast, but not far.
I do cardio on non-lifting days, but I never run any distance greater than 3 miles, and I always go for speed. This allows me to retain my muscle mass while reaping all the hormonal benefits of aerobic exercise. It also makes me feel good.

>Have sex, but don't masturbate.
Porn will make you docile and complacent, so I don't use it. Instead, I have actual sex with the women I meet, and I never spill my seed unless an actual pussy is involved. Being around women raises your T-levels considerably and makes you feel like a proper man, so you should be running actual game in your free time instead of playing video games like a toddler.

>Cultivate the proper mindset.
The body does what the mind says. If you put every ounce of your will toward becoming a genuine man with red blood and a swinging dick, then your body will follow suit. Ditch the passive, docile, take-it-as-it-comes soyboy attitude and adopt an active, aggressive, high-achieving alpha attitude.
