Last night there were EAMs every 30 minutes with several 270 character-messages. Today there was an 'ALL REGIONS' EAM instead of 'ALL STATIONS'. Get comfy and tune in!
Note: 4724 and 6739 are much better after dark than 8992. Lower frequencies work better after the D Layer dissipates and can reflect off of F2. It's important to remember AFTER DARK means in the Netherlands where the antennas are located, not where someone using the WebSDR is located. If using an HF receiver at home, after dark means where your antenna is located. An exception is fs there's a geomagnetic storm and the K-Index rises above 5 or more. Lower HF frequencies may not work at all. That's more an issue in daylight hours, though.

he means that radio waves reflect high in the ionosphere so they can cross the horizon. that is called radio propagation. and it is different at night vs day because the sun does not ionizes the ionosphere during the night because the night part of the globe is shielded from solar wind.
