What's with ideological mongs and being deathly afraid of being held responsible for their actions?
isnt part of the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness the right to defend your life?
>You wouldn't want to be responsible for hurting your fellow human being, would you?
Rather be judged by 12 jurors than carried in by 4 in a casket.
Id rather be judged by twelve then carried by six
Self defense is an inalienable right
If you attack me and I shoot and kill you, you are responsible for your own death.
We need to start practicing proactive self defense in this country
>"...your fellow human being..."
Kek.
You have a right to reasonable self-defence
The US Constitution enshrines private property as a basic right, according to the Lockean tradition, you sub-human animal. That tradition considers one's own person to be the most basic form of private property. All personal objects are an extension of it.
If you do not think that self-defense is a basic right, then how about I skull fuck you to death. Nigger.
>kiwibloke66
I apologize for my cuck countrymen.
No self defense is unreasonable.
If you enemies kill you, you win.
>tfw live in glorious republic of Texas

Yeah we're infested with mexifags but at least we've still got this
... how brainwashed does one have to become before questioning whether an organism has the right to defend itself from aggression? It is such a simple ontological principle that every major religion addresses the question fairly early on in its explanation of right/wrong & lawful/unlawful, and they all agree. Even if they did not, why would I ever listen to something that tells me I'm not allowed to defend myself? It is not a valid survival strategy.
These people are so pedantic it is almost hard to believe. "Where did they say you can defend yourself?" They can come collect my weapons if they'd like -- I'll gladly deliver the goods, one bullet at a time.
Are you just stupid? Post your exact location so we can all come and beat the crap out of you. That will help you figure out the logical, reasonable, and correct answer to your question.
I'm looking for an AR style rifle of decent quality but not a stupid price. What do you recommend? You seem like you'd know. I'm a fan of .223
by that parameter, I don't think life is a basic human right, either. SCOTUS doesn't make laws.

A right to self defense? Self preservation requires a written statement? Are you fucking kidding me?
People have the right of self defense. People have the Castle Doctrine in most US states. People have stand your ground rights in most US states.
For instance, Florida.
Black scholar / comedian Trevon Johnson got his ass shot (and killed) by an old white lady while in the process of burglarizing her home.
Because In Da Hood, Stealing is How You Get Dem School Supplies
The female relatives seemed so matter of fact when they said it, as though everyone knows that hood rats break into old White ladies' houses to steal.
As though some hood mama looks at the calendar and says, "School be starting in 2 weeks. All y'all break into old white lady houses to get money fo' dem pencil boxes and writing paper and shit."
> Just joking. Because she wouldn't have said pencil boxes. She would have said "perr-unt-suh botzes"
>The sister of the teen who died identified him as Trevon Johnson. She said he was a student at D. A. Dorsey Technical College.
>“I don’t care if she have her gun license or any of that. That is way beyond the law… way beyond,” said Johnson’s cousin Nautika Harris. “He was not supposed to die like this. He had a future ahead of him. Trevon had goals… he was a funny guy, very big on education, loved learning.”

Convince Ginsberg of that.
Prolly lives at 123 Stupid St. in Dumbsville, NY amirite guys? But seriously though, if it's not obvious by now that the .gov/MSM complex isn't afraid of us anymore, I don't know what it's going to take. That needs to change -- the lack of fear, that is.

It's an Aussie shitposting on twitter. Move along.
I keep waiting for the Fathers to show up in these cases, but they must be really camera shy, most of them.
For instance, 3 Florida teen females die in a stolen car and their mothers blame the deputies who couldn't save them.
3 negresses drowned in a stolen car that one of them was driving,
Fleeing from police in a stolen car, in the dead of night, they drive right into a murky, alligator-infested St Petersburg, FL pond.
Gravity does not give the 3 teens extra privileges for being Black, so the car sinks down into the inky vegetation-choked waters..
Black protesters are blaming the police for not rescuing the 3 teens from a water wreck in the alligator infested Florida waters in the night.
tl;dr:
>3 teenage female dindus steal car
>run red light
>chased by cops
>drive into pond
>car sinks to bottom
>cop expected to dive in after them despite it being pitch-black.
Blacks Upset As Hell, Irrationally Blame Police even though the cops stripped off and tried to save them at first.
Based
>self defense is not a basic human right
so it's his fault if I kill him?
I like how they already have mugshots on file of the scholars who look to be ~16. Clearly not their first rodeo.
Why cannot US Kangz swim?
>It's a human right to be able to fuck another man in the ass
>But even defending yourself from harm is now "ebil oppression n shiet"
>the delusion of this texasfag
You've got another thing coming once the state shifts full purple in the next 2 decades. The gun culture is in decline there as you're being steadily replaced, and the boomers will only defend fudd shit as time goes on. You're not even in the top 5 ranking for best gun states; Utah is better than you cucks, for christ's sake. Get your shit together.

Dante stopped laughing this side of the dirt nap.

Dante is in pic related, in his cap and gown. Clearly he a good boy.
See video in link, below.

A lone white man pulls his legal weapon and removes one of the threats. Dante's family upset at the white man.
>Nineteen-year-old Dante Williams' family said there is no doubt he entered the Waffle House in Chesnee back in January of 2012 intent on robbing it, but they say he didn't have to die.
>FOX Carolina obtained surveillance video from inside the Waffle House that investigators said shows Williams and his accomplice Jawan Craig come into the restaurant. Deputies said Williams is the one seen pointing a gun and demanding money.
>Sitting at the bar area of the restaurant was Justin Harrison, a concealed weapon permit holder, who was armed the night of the robbery.
>"They're yelling 'everybody get down, get down' and I'm not getting on the floor. I am not going to be a victim," Harrison said.
>Harrison said while the men terrorized other customers and staff he was deciding when to act.
>"This was the only time," Harrison said. "If I am going to fight it was that one time. He was approaching me and I saw that as him engaging me."
>The above video shows Williams, gun by his side, walk back toward Harrison, who stands up and fires several shots killing Williams almost instantly.

>Self defence is not a right
If you believe in human rights and you believe there is a right to existence as specified in Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, then it is implied that others have an obligation to observe that right and to refrain from breaching it. It also means you have certain powers to enforce that right.
I would suggest that self defense is an exercising of some of those powers in enforcement and protecting of Article 3 rights.
Or you could just say its killing in self defense is justified.
This is the best fetish.

Hillary is an evil evil woman who would have gutted the Second Amendment, with the willing help of the cuckold Republican Congress.
Thank God for Donald Trump.
Why would 4 jurors carry your casket?
>Yeah we're infested with mexifags but at least we've still got this
I know a lot of Tejanos and they are all fans of gun ownership and lawful self defense. They may vote Dem, when they bother to vote, but they all have jobs and mind their own business. They would be quite displeased with a politician who wanted to take away their Raven pistols and shitty old shotguns, and many of them would vote Republican if it were tried.
I think this was just a bait thread (that cannot possibly be serious- Surely)
Sup Forums is getting Jewed, big time.
>reasonable
This. Reasonable self defense means choosing the correct magazine for your revolver, regardless of size.
And every black man (and Dianne Feinstein, in a memorable media pic demanding gun control) demonstrates that their preferred way to take a picture is with a firearm and the finger inside the trigger guard.
>Dianne Feinstein, in a memorable media pic
The people picking the witnesses weren't very good.
Rights don't exist. Americans only have the "right" to bear arms because the US government isn't powerful enough to challenge armed Americans and the gun lobby.
As they say: "From my cold dead hands."
There is a little something called THE SECOND AMENDMENT, user.
The Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms.
>hurting your fellow
>human being
I'd hardly consider anyone who poses a threat to my life, loved ones, or property to be human.
The Second Amendment, like the entire Constitution, is just a piece of paper in the National Archives. The "right" to bear arms is only enforced by power, like any other.
>If you attack me and I shoot and kill you, you are responsible for your own death.
Black people do not seem to understand that simple logical truth.
Hence all of this knee-taking bullshit that makes most of us stop watching the NFL.
That would be Hillary Clinton's point of view.
Thank Christ she wasn't elected.
Why was this post deleted?
>If you attack me and I shoot and kill you, you are responsible for your own death.
Black people do not seem to understand that simple logical truth. So police are unfairly blamed for bad black behavior when police are forced to defend lives and property by removing a black gangster.
Hence all of this anti-cop sock wearing and knee-taking bullshit that makes most of us stop watching the NFL. Makes no sense, assuming that black players are smart enough to understand simple logic.

Where does Kentucky fall as far as gun laws? Cops here have been VERY lenient with me constantly carrying.
No. Self-defense in most cases causes more trouble in addition to be being a legal loophole that can be easily abused. The police exists for a reason.
>The police exists for a reason.
Do Bulgarian police teleport to the scene of the crime, Sofia?
Police are great people with a hard job.
But in the US, police don't have the power to teleport. So when someone breaks into your home and threatens your life (in some states life and property), a law-abiding person has the right to act to protect his life and the lives of his wife and kids.

Never give a black man a key to your home Anons.
She is considered thick where you come from, user?
Hope the AB necks him in prison
If you can't feed it, don't breed it.

Not great, not bad either. G&A put out their annual state ranking last week:
>gunsandammo.com
>14. Kentucky:
>Once again, Kentucky has failed to put a permitless carry bill on the Governor’s desk. Nonetheless, the state fared well in our “Best States for CCW” review and gets eight points for a strong shall-issue law. The state gets full points in nearly every category with no restrictions on individual firearms or accessories and a strong Castle Doctrine law on the books.
Around blacks, never relax.
>A Cumberland family that was devastated by two murders on Monday was dealt another blow Sunday. One of the two men arrested, Michael Bell, was their son's best friend and once lived in their home. Jeremy Priel was unknown to the family.
>Jeremy Crane, 21, was murdered alongside his 7-year-old niece, Kyleigh. Both victims were shot in the head.
>Police said along with Jeremy Crane's cellphone, an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 were stolen from the home.
>Two men went to police with the Xbox and PlayStation after seeing news coverage, because they found blood on one of the gaming systems. The men said they bought them from a guy named Jeremy and they pointed out Jeremy Priel from a photo. Bell and Priel received $40 and an ounce of marijuana in exchange for the gaming systems.
>Brayden Crane, five, said to his mother when he found out: 'Why would my Uncle Mike do that? He loved me. And he loved Kyleigh.'
>"Michael Bell had lived with this family for a while and was actually the one who created this or set it up. There's discrepancies on whether they knew anyone was there or not. Michael Bell would have known because of Jeremy's truck being in the driveway," Chief Crooke said.
>Cathy Crane said: 'He was my son's best friend. Someone we trusted. He’s lived in our house. I've done his laundry. I've given him food. We always had an open door for him.’
>“The whole trial, he had a little look on him, had a little eyebrow raised, just staring us down the whole time,” explained Josh Crane. “(He) never showed emotion. Nothing. He just sat back and just didn’t look like he cared.”

For what? The woman deserves all the blame since she was so fucking inept as to voluntarily room with a strange black man. We should give the guy a medal for possibly red pilling more people on the dangers that his race represents. If you want to know why a dog acts out, look at the human that enables it.
And the hilarious part is that she wants to be a cop. Really? With that incredible spider-sense of hers? I bet she'd be a great addition to the force.
Are you saying police exist to protect you? In the US they exist to enforce laws, not act as your personal security.

Jeremy Priel, current Indiana prisoner and previous US Army private, executed that little white girl, user. In the company of another evil loser named Michael Bell.
>voluntarily room with a strange black man
She learned a hard lesson, anons. A sad lesson that the shit she was taught in school about blacks being misunderstood is a lie.
This.
Blacks do a lot of breeding though.
This is correct. While the 2nd Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms, at the end of the day, it's only because it's backed by the threat of violence. And, as we all should know, violence is the supreme authority from which all other authorities are derived.
>supreme court is a US court, not a 'human one'
>any protection of the right to bear arms is also a tacit support of their usage
>state self-defence laws not being challenged because it is a state right under the constitution
I think it's looking for the wrong thing.
Correct.

If you don't believe self-defense is a human right, leave your address here on Sup Forums and put that belief to the test.
The day was much like any other day for Michael Brown. He was heading home for a healthy meal and some MCAT prep after a day spent building habitats and feeding the homeless, with a box of Bibles in his arms and dreams of attending medical school.
But His life was taken from the world so senselessly and needlessly on 9 August, 2014. 3 years and 3 months ago.
He lay in the street, doing nothing, for hours.
RIP Gentle Giant.
Rest In Peace.
The world lost a first class mind and a world class heart.
