On average, jews have access to decent education, so it's only natural that they would test better. IQ tests should be neutral to that, and there are non-verbal versions for analphabets and all that, but ultimately they test skills like logical and mathematical thinking. Which is why modern humans living in first world countries tend to score better than their counterparts from the same countries from the pre-industrialization era.
I've watched an interesting docu about intelligence and consciousness and the relevance of IQ tests. There are scientists who have the theory/observation that on one hand IQ scores have improved over the last 2 centuries or so, but that's mostly because of our education system. Mandatory school system, almost everybody can read and write and at least perform basic math. While at the same time the average reaction time has increased thanks to pollution which is literally changing our brain chemistry and making our neurons fire slower. So the alarming conclusion is that the human race hit an intellectual peak around 1900 - which shows in the abundance of inventions made in that period - but by now we're getting dumber every decade (which also shows if you ask me).

There are several chemicals which have been or still are widely used in agriculture (pesticides, fertilizers) which affect brain chemistry. Some of them have been forbidden by now, others haven't because of lobbies who want to keep selling their stuff.

It was about some stuff in our brain (myeline?) which serves to help our neurons communicate with each other, and it was shown that the genes which are responsible for producing those cells are affected by exposure to said chemicals.

The most talented kids I knew - the ones who could draw, write, or play a musical instrument well were always goys. Most of these goys wound up in blue collar type jobs. Most of the Jewish kids were bright but not extraordinarily good at anything creative. What they did have was successful and college-educated parents who pushed them and used family connections and Jewish institutions to propel their children into the right internships, schools - and ultimately - upper middle class managerial or college-level teaching jobs. I remember learning about the "New York Intellectuals" and finding it funny that they were all Jewish because the most intellectual/artistic NYers I knew were mostly Italian, Irish and German.

Similar topic, but the show I was talking about was specifically focussed on comparing IQ tests in the same groups over time and about brain chemistry, which is why I mentioned it. But it's the same for chemicals in other sectors than agriculture as well. We're using all sorts of dangerous stuff because it's cheap or convenient (or can be produced and sold for tons of profits). Plenty chemicals are suspected for increasing cancer risk or other health hazards, and lots of cases get ignored as long as the industry and their lobbyists can get away with it.
I'm not some eco hippie by a far shot, but if you start to become aware of the bullshit happening in mass production of food or other products it becomes worrying for everybody with half a brain.
