ITT anime you tried to watch more than once but ended droping again

Three times, every time it gets to the amnesia tier I just grow tired of it

The amnesia arc is the best part.

>rescue amnesia girl
>end up being her replacement older brother
>end up full of arrows because you took in amnesiac threat to the entire world
>your last thoughts are a sense of satisfaction that you managed to save her and make an impact on her life
>she doesn't even remember who you are

Being Fulle is suffering

Also, did this anime just come out too early to be immortalized online? Screencaps are few and far between and basically nobody talks about it despite some cool as fuck ideas, gorgeously animated dragon mecha fights, and Mogudan character designs.

>not liking SP
amnesia arc was kinda boring though, but it gets much better towards the end of it.
It was an early Bones show so it tends to get overshadowed by their other stuff. There were some BDs released about a year ago IIRC, and it occasionally got mentioned when Chaika was airing.

It's not bad, but there's nothing spectacular enough about it to force yourself through if you get bored.

Gurren Lagann, 4 times

just finish it

I'm going to take a second run at that vomit-inducing ultra-stylistic one with the fireworks in the first episode that I'm having trouble even remembering the name of.

Bakemonogatari, this shit is unbearable

>Screencaps are few and far between
I made 5 over the years. It's SD and doesn't exactly offer background porn either.

>2013

didn't take any the first time around. those were made for conversations on Sup Forums.

Hibike: Euphonium. everything about the portrayal of the instruments and players and ensemble are weird to me. also i don't care that the main character possibly might have maybe once in middle school inadvertently insulted reina. who gives a shit

i thought the show would be cute and a reminder of my own middle/high school band years. oh well.

Watched all of it. i don't think it was worth it, but some fucked up shit happened. And I wish we got more anime where the great master plan to save the day fails.

I have blurr memories of the guy peeing blood or something? I remember droping that there or soon after

3 times now. I think this is just one of those shows you can only watch if you're 14 years old and think edgy = good.

It looks like a decent brains off mecha but it's just so derivative, and too many mechs that aren't not-Gundams look like construction vehicles.

Dropped Naruto 3 times so far.

ZZZZZZzzzzz

not really different form current shows with battle harems, at least those on the more bloody end of the spectrum.

>Glorious Murata character designs wasted on a mediocre show
Such a shame.

This. Dragonar feels so generic.
Like it's the most standard thing you think of when you think mecha.
That fucking theme song always makes me want to give it another go though.

>That fucking theme song always makes me want to give it another go though.
Can't deny that.
I've actually got over midpoint once and to the second OP so it goes away though.
>New OP
>Meio Plato literally does the "Char in Anime Janai" thing

It's a pretty middling series quality-wise. I liked Scrapped Princess a lot (also love Chaika), but it doesn't do anything that's particularly memorable or memeworthy, other than some of the plot twists about the timeline, I guess. I don't think it's the type of series that'd ever get immortalized. Chaika is about the same as far as narrative quality goes, but it's more memorable because both Chaika is very cute and because she became a meme girl.
